Chevar now going by the name of Vladimir is sent to another world with a system that can summon troops, give technology, blueprints, etc. but only based on the era the system provides him so he has to work his way up through the ages and go down as the first Tsar of Russian Empire (not an empire from the start and most things are based on films, songs and what I've looked up and somethings I describe aren't historically accurate I would love to be corrected)


P.S I'm doing this for fun and don't expect the best grammar and long chapters either. Chapter lengths depend on what comes into my head and what to write because most of it is what's on my mind.

Tsar Of Another World

A young teenage girl with blonde hair and if on earth she could be called a beautiful and teenage boy with similar hair and brown eyes is sitting in a two-story building near a window drinking tea and eating sandwiches.


"it has been a week since we arrived and as you can see this is an amazing kingdom and I feel ashamed to admit it but it is better than ours," the teenage boy sighs and gets a reply from the girl


"yes, your right. The close is wonderful and beautiful. The colors and fabrics are great and the food is amazing as well and the streets are clean and well made. I wouldn't mind living here, but the only problem is the language. The people here can speak the common tongue but it seems to annoy them,"


"yes I have noticed and I've taken an interest in the Russian language and all this could be yours if we play our cards right and you can marry the king,"


"he is 10 and I'm 17. You expect me to wait so long plus you just want an alliance to secure the throne for yourself "the girl says as she scoffs.


The teenage boy is the second prince of the Arcana Kingdom John and is talking to his older sister by two years Maria in the city of St. Petersburg


Meanwhile, in a hotel in the city "my prince it has been confirmed your brother and sister are in the city as well" says a man while bowing to another older teen dressed in luxurious clothes sitting at a desk


"I see. Then they must be here for more than just sightseeing. Go and find out more about this kingdom and if possible bring me books about is history and language,"


"yes, crown prince" the men then leaves the room. This is the crown prince of the Arcana kingdom "little brother and sister. Trying to secure the throne?" he says, talking to himself. He stands up and walks over to the window and looks down at the people passing by down below


"I'm sure the elves are here to talk to the king.... no, the Tsar"


 Three more guests are in the city wanting to meet or talk to the Tsar. They are Duke Price, the elven princess, and diplomat. They have been in the city and surrounding areas for some time, but took the chance to explore and see this new country.


While others are plotting and thinking the Tsar, himself is still touring around the city for some time and soon returned to the palace and throne and thinking 'I should hire a prime minster to take over extra duties that don't require my immediate attention or isn't important enough and I need to take care of permanent city mayors and governors. They are loyal now and clean but I can't speak for their future generations and I need a few more things to be done,'


A carriage with the royal emblem has just entered the city and is making its way to the Winter Palace.
