"Yes! But I will give you this, you are that one person, after a long time had a lingering effect on me. Like said, if I had a heart, I would have fallen for you." The more he said that the more I felt the pain intensify in my heart. I didn't want to continue this talk any longer.
"Okay, so I think I should go now. And... I am not saying no, let me think this through, and will tell you soon." I said.
"Sure, thank you so much. You're truly a nice woman, Meg!" he said and for some reason, I loved it when he called me that.

When newly moved to New York City, Megan Clarke finds herself attracted to an emotionally closed-off man, Dr. Dylan Hill, who wants her to be his fake girlfriend for helping him get his rightful inheritance back from his suspicious grandmother.

OK, so first off, I like that the female lead and male lead don't hate each other in the beginning and actually are nice to each other. And, he's so sweet to. The deep voice is a bonus. I definitely reccommend this book for those who want a cute romance but also the romance is not going too fast which is great for me!
Unlike some who would just drop a "I love your story so much!", Well except if they've reviewed your book before then it's fine. I'll go straight to the point. I love the setting your story portrays, the first chapter "welcome to New York City" turned out smoothly than I had imagined, the fact that she had trouble conversing with others during her college days and even over that. Might I add it is natural and common to be an introvert and yet have an extrovert friend like Carol. The introduction of Dr Dylan Hill has carried out a beautiful twist. I'm ready to wait till the end I personally love romance novels! Will be adding this to my reading list. All being said, keep up the good work.
Interesting story so far, well I don't blame Megan that much, they say love is blind, so she did everything because she loved him, without even considering the consequences of her actions, I love it dear author, thanks for this beautiful piece.
Oof, I’m loving the chemistry between the male and female protagonists, its INTENSE!!! I’m really curious to know the backstory as I’m only 5 chapters in, but oddly I already know what ever demons the male Protogonist is hiding, is going to make me cry - or at least I hope. Great job 👍
Well, already the book is great I only criticize it because I am a writer who likes to find some small flaw, I find the book a little slow but you get attached to the characters quickly so it's not a flaw, relationships and behaviors are well managed .... but after seeing that I go from an investigative book to a quiet book knows its cheek
Interesting so far. I have only read first few chapters but what should I say? I am hooked.The characters are good. Setting is cool. Great work. Highly recommended.
Well, from the begin, you will easily get used to main character. You will develop to see her as yourself, while the story goes on. I liked fluency and story development. Because like myself, you will need to go shopping as well, because we have hot-damn party up here. yes, this is great romance and I feel like kindled.
It's an interesting story. Romance between an insecured shy introvert female and a male without emotions or has a hard time with his emotions. Though they have a clear chemistry between them......their personalities are vastly different. Looking forward to future updates ☺️

This is the author herself, well I thought I should encourage myself to write more even though it can be a little difficult to carry on with creative pursuits without real encouragement. Those who are looking for a slow-burn, passion building, type of romance then this is the right novel for you. Enjoy!
