The Legacy System

The two ladies understood that they had just done something excessive earlier, but they hadn't been able to control their emotions, despite being grown-up ladies.

Furthermore, there was nothing they could do to change what happened, and they still held a bit of resentment against him for what had just happened.

The situation was truly weird, as silence was ruling over the place, as none of them knew what to say.

Everything that had happened a while ago was just too complicated to talk about. Even though it seemed like Eric was able to clear the situation with his apology, and declaration, he hadn't.

The whole thing had just become even more troublesome actually, as the two ladies were clearly still undecided, and unable to make up their minds.

No matter what he did, or say right now would not solve anything, it would just add up to the complication and the burden of this situation.
