"Wasn't it said that an Emperor, who until recently was unknown, founded this city?" Luan said. "So, it's understandable that it isn't bigger."

"Speaking of big cities..." Nora commented as they walked. "A few days ago, I heard rumors that Matteo is 'taking care' of Flamengo City."

"Ohh. I kind of thought someone had taken over the city I created... Well, 'created' isn't exactly the right word, I kind of conquered and 'modified' a few things." Luan shrugged. Although he felt some nostalgia, he didn't care enough to want to reclaim the city.

Frankly, owning a city was not very appealing. It was laborious and often made him lose time with tedious matters. In the end, he had left the city in the care of his friend Matteo, but he did not expect that, after so many years, Matteo would still be in charge of the administration.
