Chapter 8

She woke up very late the next day since she had nothing to do today. She had a heavy breakfast and went back to bed.

She made plans to pack up the things she will need for their journey in the evening. Her ring tone wakes her up from her sleep and she curse the person calling in her mind.

Good day Weina, he greeted. Hello Jinho she said groggily. Did I wake you up from your rest he asked . Yes you just spoilt my beauty sleep.

Then am very sorry. I just called to remind you to pick heavy clothes since it's Winter there. And also I don't want to take care of a sick Weina again.

Yes sir, I will make sure to pack some. And thanks for reminding me . And also am not that weak.

It's just that Uncle Lee's death gave me a huge shock , that's why I felled ill that time.So please don't think that I get sick easily okay.

Yes mam, your wish is my command. They laugh it off and bid themselves goodbye.

She's not able to go back to sleep so she enters her walk -in closet and pack the things she will need.

She packs two suitcases full since they will be spending about two weeks there. She starts to clean her apartment since she will be absent from there for two weeks.

She bakes a large batch of her favourite cookies and store them in containers since that what she normally eat as her breakfast.

She packs a spare container for Jinho because they are friends now and friends share their belongings together.

When all the things she will need are set, she goes to watch her favourite series. She loves that series very much since it's about wolf's and Vampires.

Her doorbell rings and she's surprised to see a food deliveryman at the door. She signs and tips the delivery man.

She wonders who sent the food and her phone rings. She checks the caller name and sees that it's Jinho calling.

She picks it up and ask why he's calling again. He tells her that he was the one who ordered the food for her since he knew she would be busy and tired today after her packing session.

She thanked him and their conversation continued their till he hunged up since he had a conference call with his Secretary.

That evening , both of them were in a happy mood. Weina knew the reason for her mood but Jinho was ignorant of it because he has always been the emotionless type.

They slept thinking about each other. Whiles Weina was thinking of how to stop the emotion she has started cultivating for him.

Jinho on the other side was clueless about his feelings. He thought that was how friends should feel about each other.

He didn't think too far about it and went to sleep anticipating their journey on the next day.

Weina also didn't sleep well since she kept dreaming about Jinho. She woked up frustrated and even had bags under her eyes.

She prepared and dressed up very early since she wasn't able to sleep well. She blamed it all on Jinho for being too sweet.

After she finished, she went to prepare breakfast as she waited for his arrival. He got there an hour later and he was surprised that she was already waiting for him.

He helped her with her bags and they left for the airport. They got there and she was amazed with the beauty of his private jet.

The pilot came to welcome them and he introduced her to him. They took their seat and he sat next to her with the excuse of discussing some files with her.

Her heart beats loudly when he sat near her. She behaves normal with him as if she's not affected by him.

They discuss about some files till she falls asleep. He picks her up and place her down in his room in the jet.

He covers her carefully to avoid waking her up. He then go back to his seat to continue his work. 4 hours later, the Jet lands and he wakes her up.

His Secretary, Brandon comes to pick them up from the airport and is surprised to see his boss with a woman.

He greets them like the professional that he is and help them with their laggages without making any unnecessary conversation.

They sit in the car and he drives them to the hotel. The staffs line up to welcome their boss as he walks into the hotel with Weina.

They all become curious of the Lady who came in with the Ice king, because he's known to digust and hate women.

They make a mental note never to offend her since she's a close acquaintance of the Ice king .

They enter the pent suit and he shows her where she will be sleeping. A spacious room with a king size bed, a walk- in closet and also a washroom with jacuzzi.

I become stunned with what am seeing because it's my first time entering such a beautiful place.

I thank him and close the door because I don't want to embarrass myself.I jump excitedly and throw myself on the bed. I inhale the sweet scent of the bedspread and laugh excitedly.

I forget all my worries as I fall asleep on the the soft and sweet scented bed. I smile in my sleep since I feel like a rich woman now.

I now get the reason why people strive for more money. Even though being rich is not easy, it still a nice and enjoyable feeling.
