Seeing His True Form, A Wolf 3

A small rhythm of heartbeat could be heard in the still silence that resonated around the scenery.

Though tiny, it was loud enough to hear from a great distance.

Tashina's fluttering eyes were set on the beast that was behind the tree. Her eyes were glued to him.

His black fur was a deep contrast to the snow-covered ground. The deep jet-black fluff was full of soft tendrils. His long, strong limbs stood strong on the ground as he strutted a few feet tall.

When his mesmerizing deep shade of orbs turned to meet her eyes, her breaths stopped short from the sensations just one look from his eyes left on her.

She tried to look for something to say but her lips were left dry from the utter shock she got when she saw him.

The beast brought his head out first and peeked around then slowly retracted his head back in shyness.

Tashina couldn't help but smile at the coyness of the wolf.

He was quite a contrast to Xavier.
