"Jiro." I immidiately shot my eyes open, hearing my name being called by that very familiar voice. Here I am again. What am I doing in this place?
"Jiro." I followed that man's voice on this completely dark world. As I tried to find where the source of that voice is, I stumble upon a white orb of light. It's so tempting. I want to touch it.
"Jiro, I have summoned you here." I stopped approaching the white orb as I look around the realm. "Who are you? Show yourself!" I shouted.
Then, a pair of green orbs appear, staring at me. I gulped as I slowly step back from it. Then a growl, that's a growl and I heard it. "The walls of your place will be destroyed, much like what happened to the outer wall." The voice said.
I tremble in fear as I recall what my father told me. "That won't happen! They're all gone!" I protested. Then the green orbs suddenly disappear and a man wearing a cloak appears, walking towards me. I slowly approached the man as well, only stopping when we're meters apart. He then lifts the hood part of the cloak, revealing.....me?
"W-Who are you?!" The man then put his hand over my shoulder. "People will die and betray you. I am warning you, Jiro. The three walls that are protecting your civilization, will soon be destroyed. And the reason, will be you." I quickly brushes his hand off my shoulder, giving him a distasteful look.
"Who are you? Why are you telling me this?!" He then lets out a laugh before looking at me with his green orbs.
"It's funny how you can't remember me. It's alright. You might not remember me now, but soon you will." He then disappear right infront of my eyes before I was devoured by a titan.
I tried screaming for help, but there was no sound coming out from my throat. Slowly, the titan devours me. Is this...the end of me?
"Jiro? Wake up." I heard my father's voice called, I cried even harder, knowing that I won't be able to see him again.
"Jiro, wake up!" I gasp as soon as I felt the cold water on my skin. I look around me, it was all just a dream? "Thank the heavens!" My father exclaims before pulling me into a hug.
I am still alive. That was just the same dream I had when I was ten. "Father, I had the same dream again." I mumble while hugging him back.
He then looks at me with concern. "The dream you had when you were ten?" I nod before standing up. It's morning. I need to go and take some water from the well. I sighed before leaving the house after bidding goodbye to my father.
That dream was really weird and consistent. It keeps repeating and repeating. And that man. Who is he?
"Hey, Jiro. Why do you look so sad today? Is something wrong?" Amir asked while walking beside me. I shake my head as a sign of no. "Yukan wants to hang out later, are you coming?" I gave him a nod before stopping at the well.
"Amir, I had the same dream again." I stated. He looks at me in shocked before hooking his bucket. "The titan dream? But why?" He asked before lowering his bucket into the well. I sighed before shrugging my shoulders.
"The man said the exact same thing. The walls will be destroyed and titans will soon kill us here." I told him. He nods before unhooking his bucket. "Jiro, it's just a dream. It won't happen." He said while patting my back.
Maybe it is just a dream. But some dreams may be foreshadowing what will happen in the future. I had that dream for seven years now. I gave him a smile before lowering my bucket. I then felt some vibrations. Is it an earthquake? I looked at Amir and it seems like he's feeling it too.
"Amir, do you feel that?" He nods at me. Then the vibrations got stronger every minute. Suddenly the walls starts to rumble. What is happening? I quickly pulled Amir with me away from the wall. "Is it an earthquake?" I asked Commander James.
He shakes his head as he explains that it is too localize. Then we heard a loud booming roar. The sky turns dark and steam starts to rise on the other side of the wall. I gulp as I remember my dream earlier. A pair of red steaming hands clumps the top of the wall before revealing what it is. A titan.
