It all began with first day II

Ayanokouji Martial Arts School, Principal's room - Noon

Salcedo comes in, Yuzuki sits on her desk reading books, he closes the door shut and takes a seat. Yuzuki slams the book close, putting it on the table, glances towards him.

"It's been a week since you get your first job," Yuzuki said with a furrowed eyes and sulked smile.

"Yeah, what of it?" Salcedo asked, crossed his arms.

"I just want to know how are things going?" She folds her hands together against her chin.

"It's because of your incompetence my life is started to become slowly difficult. So tell me how you get your ass treated like a slave? If you stood up to her from day one then this all would've been gravy." Salcedo adjusted her eyeglasses, narrowing his deadly glare at Yuzuki.

"Then I apologize for being such a coward but there is something that halts my progress for a long time now," Yuzuki muttered, looking away from Salcedo's furious expression.

"And then you will invite me here and just say sorry?" Salcedo retorted with narrowed eyebrows and widened eyes. "Simple apologizing won't save your position Yuzuki-san. You better be lucky that I still here"

"Then it's good that you can endure that long." Yuzuki dropped her frowned face against her desk. "But to be honest, I don't like the way Yukina-san's behavior.

"Ok, I ask you this. Why did you become a president? Only a real president would abolish violence against someone who is being kicked into the ground." Salcedo addresses the president.

"Because I found this school. Isn't that noticeable?" Yuzuki shrugged then placed her arms on the table. "Anyways, I will make compensation for your trouble"

"What is that?" Salcedo quickly glanced

"There is a restaurant near the south from here. You can treat yourself while you have a chance." She informed the black-suited teenager then she checks her wallet from her bag and opens the zipper.

Salcedo's eyes widened when he saw her extend her average amount of cash to him. "Is that a raise?" He asked

"It's almost noon and it's time for your break. So go ahead and take it." Yuzuki waits for him to take the cash.

Salcedo grabbed the paper without grabbing her finger and checked how much money she gave, then rolled her eyes at Yuzuki, rolling her eyes with a narrowed look.

"Considered it as your lunch money. So it's all I got. The restaurant is Hachisei, Kyoto Japanese restaurant near us" Yuzuki said with slightly open eyes and raised eyebrows. Salcedo rolled his eyes at the floor sighed in a discontented attitude.

Hachisei, Dining room - Noon

Salcedo enters the house, the room has vast bright wooden walls and an orange bar around him. There is a picture frame above the plastic-covered vase that covers the soil of the white petal flowers was displayed in front of him, a yellow light lantern placed at the upper wall on the right including the ceiling. He absorbed curiosity why the lights still on even in daylight outside.

On his left, there is a dining room where few people sat at the dining table in a sushi-bar like a restaurant with a white bar table, a large dining chair covered in fabric, a food that was placed on the counter in front of the glass window, behind the white light that was more times brighter than city lights.

Salcedo walks into the dining room and only sees glass storage that stores bento boxes, raw fish, vegetables, cucumbers, meat, seafood, and other stuff that can cook or eat in front of the white bar table. There is a pathway between the cooking area surrounded by a green curtain that covered the detail of the full area of the employees and chefs went in.

He takes a seat and turned his face at written kanji symbols displayed on the wall to his right as gushing, going, gulping is whistling his ear next to him. Salcedo became clueless when he saw a socket placed above the kitchen utensils behind the white bathroom tiles.

A man in his 50's with his dark browned crinkled face wearing a white cone hat, a white jacket, and white slacks appeared from behind the curtain at the right. But it occurred to be a fat person with limping arms and shoulders with a grumpy look with frowned eyes, looking just like 60 years of age.

He came in front of Salcedo and placed his hands at the table, glancing closely towards his face with a narrowed look with rigid eyebrows.

"What is your order?" The chef simply asked with a deep but creepy tone.

"D-do you hh-have... anything special?" Salcedo sputtered, pulled away with an uneasy smirk with raised eyelids and eyebrows.

"How about trying a ramen," A chef said with narrowed gazes with a yandere look towards him.

Salcedo closed his eyes raising both hands and moved his mouth towards his cheek making a fake happy expression. "Ok sir"

His sweat drops coming from his forehead, feeling vastly troubled by a chef who makes a creepy but intimidating look. The chef turns around, left to the kitchen. Salcedo drops his face against the table, releasing a large breathe out, feeling annoyed or upset at a situation or treatment.

Lawson Omiya-Gojo

Salcedo heading at a convenience store, starting his eye towards the strobe light signboard above him. He pulls the door open and trudges in. The store has a small retail business that stocks a range of everyday items such as coffee, groceries, snack foods, confectionery, soft drinks, tobacco products, over the counter drugs, toiletries, newspapers, and Magazines In some jurisdictions, convenience stores are licensed to sell alcohol, although many such jurisdictions limit such beverages to those with relatively low alcoholic content such as beer and wine. Such stores may also offer money order and wire transfer services, along with the use of a fax machine or photocopier for a small per-copy cost.

Salcedo shoves both hands on his pockets, turns left, heading towards snack foods shelter. He rolled his gaze down at one cup noodle at his bottom right and perched in front of bottom shelves. He grabbed one cup until one slamming noise hits everyone's attention that thuds his ears from his left.

He checked out the front entrance and saw 2 guys wearing a grey mask that covers the mouth and nose. He wears a grey jacket with a yellow bar on the shoulders and blue pants that hide a firearm appears to have an m1911 kept on his holster under the belt. The other one also wears a jacket of a different color and black slacks with black shoes. He also has 50. GS hid under the holster beneath his right side.

There were no people around entering except for one guy standing near the register before 2 men take advantage and pull a sidearm, pointing the barrel of the gun at the clerk's head.

The clerk widened his eyes with his eyebrows shot to the ceiling, inhale suddenly with his mouth open, raising his arms. His forehead is sweating as he couldn't help himself when he saw the barrel of the gun pointing at his face, both of his bodies are shaking, whimpering in fear.

"I want you to empty your register, now. Hurry!!" One man with a grey jacket snapped, moving his gun forward at the clerk's face. The guy raised his hand opens the counter. His body shaking while finding the keys from the counter. Salcedo see them pointing a gun towards the clerk, couldn't identify the expression of the 2 men covered with a mask but he can recognize intimidation from anger from behind while hiding at the shelves.

He walks away from the scene heading to the drinks section. The clerk opened the counter full of cash inside. 2 men still pointing his face, glaring at him with sweat at his forehead, his arms still shaking while grabbing every last penny.

The counter is empty, he hurls everything from the register, one man with a grey mask widened the sack bag watching thousands of cash being tossed to the bag while the other one still pointing his sidearm into the trembled clerk's frightened face.

"That's all of it." The clerk muttered, raising his arms after he closes the register.

"That's all the money you had!? How disappointing." The man with a black mask moves his gun forward closes the clerk's forehead. The clerk felt the cold steel from the barrel of the sidearm, his heart pounds even faster and his body was already shaken.

"Say goodbye!!?"

The lead goes from his gun and is disabled by smashing a bottle to the man with a grey mask's head from behind. The gun is dropped to the floor, he goes down screaming while holding his bleeding forehead from a glass bottle. The other robber turned around and saw Salcedo with a used cracked bottle as a weapon from his left hand. The clerk rolled his eyes at the black-suited teenager, widened his eyes, covered his mouth, and gasped.

The man with a black mask narrowed his eyes, grunting.

"You son of a--"

The black mask robber pulls a pistol but Salcedo flings a cracked bottle at the gunman's left eye, then follows up with a grapple towards his left arm and the right knee to the testicle.

One gunman with blood on his forehead picked up the gun, Salcedo rolled his eyes at the gunman with a grey mask towards the floor. The man with a grey mask fires a full clip blindly with his m1911, but Salcedo swings the other gunman's body and uses it as a human shield.

The clerk screams, quickly hide under the register as Salcedo pulls 50. GS pistol from the torso, 3 shots a shooter at his face then one taps another shooter at the neck from behind, drops him next to the corpse, and empties full clip at the upper back.

He drops a deadly pistol to the dead body and let out a big sigh. The clerk stood up, his body trembled as soon as the fight is over, rolling his eyes at Salcedo looking at the dead body.

"P-p-please... D-d-don't kill me..." The clerk muttered.

"It's all over" Salcedo spreading his arms as nothing happened.

"Th-thank God y-y-you s-s-save m-mee." The clerk wept with his arms against the table.

"Don't mention it. I just do what I have to." He placed both hands at the torso and his unhappy face drops on the floor.

"Do what you have to and call the cops."

Apartment 3rd Floor, Evening

Salcedo melts on the couch, trembling his fingers on the keyboard, looking on the bright screen browsing on websites. He rolled his eyes toward the social media civics looking for information about the public reaction about robberies at a convenience store.

He turns his head and grabbed the remote control resting on the table, aims the LED towards the TV as a News reporter suddenly appears on the bright screen.

"We got breaking news at the Lawson Omiya-Gojo convenience store in Kyoto, Japan. Two gunmen allegedly appeared, pulling a pistol at the clerk. The robbery was caught on camera while the clerk is empty a large sum of money from the counter and throws it into the bag. The clerk is about to get shot until one guy smashed the bottle behind the gunmen then he throws a cracked sharp bottle at the right eye. Two gunmen try to fight back but they were killed by an unknown stranger but allegedly saved the clerk from a bad incident. We don't know who is the mysterious guy is but thankfully he managed to not only put an end to the bank robbery but also save a man's life from a tragic fate."

Salcedo turns off the TV, place it back on the table. He let out a big sigh then continues searching on the website. Vibrating and ring sound coming from his phone at the table. He takes the phone and turned on the password. The phone call appeared on the screen. He taps on the screen with the green telephone sign then place it against his ear.

"Hello?" He started.

"Salcedo, did you ran into trouble?" His aunt asked on the phone.

"No, I just bought some food at the convenience store. Why you ask?" Salcedo lied with a smirked face.

"I just saw the news that you just killed 2 people. It's in TV patrol." His aunt reminds her adoptive son.

"What!? You saw me on the news?" Salcedo raised his voice, lifting his left cheek, lowering his eyelid.

"Yeah, I bet they're 2 foreigners. What are you thinking?" His aunt went overwhelmed in a confused voice

"Listen to me. I know you worried me so much but I just ended up buying my food at the convenience store. Sadly for you, I ran into masked men who were trying to rob the store. I had no choice but to put a bullet to their heads." Salcedo walks back and forth, moving his left arm up and down.

"Why?"

"So the clerk can live another day?" He answered, placing his left hand onto his waist. "I mean what else can I do? Not even the school I worked on didn't care about it.

"Do you mean that you don't realize how tragic this life is?" She doubted the teenager

"I'm sorry but things end up this way. I promise I will find a way to avoid trouble but it's going to be difficult." Salcedo said.

"Then why it's too difficult. You just have your job that my friend I know about give you one... I mean you have yourself a dream job by now."

"Then you should ask her that I don't recommend this kind of stupid restaurant. I end up getting hungry ok." Salcedo chastised his aunt, raising his eyeglasses

"Alright fine. I just asked your boss how are you doing. And by the way, your money I save will be transferred to your mail by morning. You should check it before you leave." She notified the teenager.

"Thanks a lot. I can use some help." Salcedo said the final words. The phone call ended, he switched off the phone.

The next day

Salcedo exits the building, secure the door shut then went to the mailbox. He unlocked the mailbox then sees a small brown envelope placed inside. He grabbed and opened the small envelope, containing an equivalent amount of money.

Felt of excitement he let out a big gasp with widened eyes and raised eyebrows. He smiled and laughed, covering his mouth, muffled like an old faucet.

"Now that's perfect."

Ayanokouji Martial Arts School - 3rd floor, teacher's room.

Salcedo whistled at his seat, reading attendance books then flip another page. A huge slam coming from the sliding door, he glances upward and saw Yukina with her teeth clenched and narrowed eyes with lowered eyebrows.

"There you are, part-time teacher." Yukina looked at Salcedo's confused face.

"What is it this time Yukina-san?"

"I need you to fetch some girls in the convenience store and I need you to do it right now?" Yukina put her left hand on her waist with her cocky smile, moving her other hand like a waitress holding a tray.

"You mean right now? I was just about to start a class in 30 minutes?" Salcedo moving his chair, complaining.

"Can't they just find some cars to ride? They are a toji."

"Did I say you just label my students as late? I don't what you say if I am here making an exception? Besides, they just tired after they fought an aradama a little while ago?" She moved her frowned face towards Salcedo.

"Talk about a low of energy or they were being lazy to walk by spending some time there." He thought while looking at her face with his confused look.

"The convenience store they were staying in is Family Mart, at Shimogyo Ward. You should be lucky that the place is not far from here." She told the part-time teacher, shrugged.

"Go ahead, you can do walk, drive, find a taxi, or whatever you want to do. But I want these girls in your class with an exception got it."

Yukina turn heels and left the teacher's room, sliding the door closed.

"What the hell is she thinking. All they need is more discipline, not making any exceptions. Is this what they called a toji!?" Salcedo placed both hands and dropped face against his table murmuring loudly.

"That can't be helped, kid." The guy with a light blue polo next to him said with a confused smile. "She is the President."

"What do you mean she is the president? Don't you know Souraku-Senpai?" He turned at him with more question marks coming from his head.

"I'm not sure what are you talking about. If you wanna get paid then do what she asks you to do?" The guy with light blue polo shrugged.

"It feels like you don't know me since the last week I stepped into this room." Salcedo placed both hands on waists.

"Whatever kid. I'm busy" The guy next to him went back to sitting on his chair, goes back typing onto his computer.

"Feels like they came here for money, not learning any patience." Salcedo thought, looking at the guy who pretends not to see him.

---

Salcedo drives straight, concentrating his eyes on the road, go shifting gears a little bit faster. The traffic was empty, no other vehicles steer towards the highway. He went past the convenience store where the yellow police line blocked the entrance. Police officers guard the area where operatives study the body of 2 gunmen. News media was stationed near the crime scene near the register, more people gathered next to the police line, their face went confused, but went surprised and curious about what went wrong inside.

He shifted gears back to 1, slowing the engine as he passes through the crowd, checking the scene. He focuses his gaze on the road then steps on the gas pedal, driving straight towards the highway.

FamilyMart Gojo-Omiya, Kyoto Japan

Salcedo turns the car left then stops at the crossing line. They saw 3 schoolgirls in white approaching his car holding a cone of ice cream. One of them knocked on the window, he unlocked the door open, the three rest their posterior on the backseat.

They closed the door and keeps eating.

"Hey dude--"

"We're not even met. How can you call me dude? I am a teacher in training." The girl sentence cut off by Salcedo

"Oh yeah and who give you the right to insult me huh!?" The girl in the middle seat retorted.

"Wow, you called it to insult huh!? Neat. I was just telling you were not pals."

"Then why are you picking us?" The girl at the left seat asked

"Because I'm sending you back to class. She told me that I can let you off the hook for being late." Salcedo answered

He placed his right elbow on the left shoulder seat, leaning behind.

"So how is the aradama party? Don't tell me you ladies end up being negligent after all the turmoil"

"We are a toji dude and you respect us ok? We fight it because our president wants us to"

"But the toji can move all across the prefecture. It can easily go back to school. I ended up picking you guys up because for what!?" Salcedo raised his tone a little bit.

"Because for what!?"

"For being a useless piece of motherfucking fuckshit yeah!? Yeah, that is who you guys are?"

Salcedo provoked the schoolgirls, one of them pulls a sword because of unable to control their anger.

"Go ahead then, slice my ass off to your heart's content!!" Salcedo shouted, bending his neck open near the pissed off toji at the backseat "Then the authorities will find out about your bullshitting behavior. I hope you are not as sympathetic as your family!!!"

Their eyebrows narrowed down with their clenched teeth, their hands were shaken in anger, their murdering intent grew a little bit high until they were forced to melt their backs against the seat. They looked at him with a cold gaze like aiming a barrel of a pistol at his face.

"That's what I thought. Let's head back." Salcedo turns his body on the driving wheel, focusing his eyes on the road, planting his feet at the pedal.

He pushed his feet against the pedal as the wheels start moving ahead.

Apartment 3rd Floor, Evening

Salcedo softened on the couch, placing his elbow on his thighs, he placed his nose on closed fingers, his mind became a flashback in the past few hours of trash-talking, verbal abuse, and scolding.

He felt the vibration from his upper thighs, phone buzzing on his left pocket. Salcedo picks up the cellular device, turns on the screen as a picture of his aunt with a red and green button below it. He slides the screen to the green button, placing it on his left ear.

"Yeah" He started

"How was your work? Did you have any fun?" his aunt from the phone asked

"Yeah, maybe not...?" Salcedo dropped his saddened face on the floor

"Why is that? Is something wrong? Oh, I almost forgot. I just send you money from your mail, did you get it?" she asked

"Thanks for the heads up. I owe you big time. I got the money now." He grabbed cash from the table and take a quick inspection.

"So ok, what are you going to do with the money I gave you?"

"Listen, aunt. There is something that I don't want you to hear" Salcedo placed his elbow on top of the sofa, looks behind.

"Why is that?"

"You will find out soon once I go to work," he answered

"Ok, are you sure about your decision?" his aunt asked in a worried tone

"Every adult makes their own decisions. So I change or not change that. But I promise that I will be doing a great job. You should be proud of that." Salcedo said with a worried smile.

"Ok. Good luck with that. I gotta feed our kids" she said before beeping sounds rang, indicates the phone ended.

He turned off the phone, melting his arms on the couch.

"I have a bad feeling that Takatsu-san is planning something sinister. Who am I to deny her judgment?"
