At that precise moment, the door to my room opened up again. We had all been too busy talking and too focused on what was going on that we didn't notice the visitor that was coming up the stairs.

Well, Reece might have noticed him since he was not at all surprised by the sudden words or the interruption to the conversation. He just seemed to be happy that this person had arrived. And frankly, so was I.

"Griffin?" I called out to him. I was happy to see yet another person that I cared so much about. He was such a good friend of mine and Reece's.
