008 Today's session

The tag NO.444 was above the cave ,it was eerie as there were blood splattered all over the place while the child inside had a purplish face , lying down face up with his eyes and mouth opened wide.

The line of sight of the child was coincidently facing towards them. Some children felt their stomach churning,

"Ughh"

"Erkkk"

Clap clap

"Alright, let's begin our session for today" said the man with a glint in his eyes.

Heh, this is just the beginning. He looked at them with schadenfreude.

The crowd snapped out from their musing as they all look towards the man with fear in their eyes but they didn't there to make a sound.

"Today's task is simple ,all you have to do is reach the end of the pathway that will lead you back here." He points towards the dark pathway behind him.

"And for those who fail to complete the task, heh" his smile grew wider.

"Begin!!"

Pit pat pit pat

While the others were hesitating , a boy walked out from the crowd and started running towards the dark pathway. Soon with him as an example all the other's including Feng started to follow his footsteps.

When Feng entered the pathway he saw the both sides of the pathway occasionally filled with moss .They looked identical to the moss back in his room.

While Feng was running he realized besides having some soreness and hunger he was getting mentally tired, which made him greatly regret overusing his newfound ability without any thought which made his already bad condition worse.

Whilst him trying his best to follow the crowd someone came and tap his back and said

"Hi, I am number 876 lets get along".

No 876 had a chubby figure ,the fats on his face made him look like he is half squinting the whole time.

Feng turned around to look towards number 876. No.876 smiled a little when he saw him reacted to him.

Feng didn't respond to No.876 as he was having a jumble of thoughts running through his mind . Back in his clan he didn't have any friends nor does he know how to make one.

"Ok, oh and I'm number 996 ."In the end he managed to just answer back in a straightforward manner.

NO.876 nodded and said "mm, I will be going ahead first."

A glint appear in No.876 eyes but it was an instant.

They both stopped talking and he started to speed up a little as he didn't want to be too far away from the main crowd.

It had to be said even though No.876 had a chubby figure but it didn't hinder him at all as he was faster than him and some of the others.

There were more than 50 people running at the front of the group, their speed wasn't slow at all as they were also the top 50 out of the 999 in this group. After the group at the front was the main group that was running after them while maintaining a consistence speed.

Time passed, as the children ran through the path their breathing became rougher overtime. They begun to slow down soon while some decided to take a break at the side.

Meanwhile Feng at the tail of the main group was huffing and puffing for air loudly as his physical strength started to dwindle in a shocking pace. His speed became slow and slower as time passed.

Time passed as more and more children from the main group dropped out and took a break.

Feng turn to look at them while passing by.

"Puff Huff , maybe I should take a break."

"Wait what happens if there's a time limit" Feng suddenly have a realization

Meanwhile at the front of the cave rooms the man look towards the cave room and said "Shadows clean up the place."

2 shadows in front of him rise up and turned into 2 robbed man. They walked out from the shadows.

1 of them went to assess the body

"Died from internal injuries ,do we need to inform the Sect Leader?" said one of the robed man while furrowing his eyebrows

"No , the Sect Leader doesn't care about that as long as the amount remained is enough"

"Stop chit chatting you two and get to work."

"Oh and one of you go and release a grade 1 demonic beast to the pathway"

"Yes, Elder Hong Li"

Having said that ,the two of them left with the body.

While Hong Li stood there with a smile plastered on his rugged face

"Heh, I wonder how many will die today."

Somewhere inside the Underground Sect ,in a dark cave 1 pair of eyes of red eyes gleamed with bloodthirsty killing intent.
