"Your majesty please!" Exclaimed Nan Fan as he watched Hu Jin Shen get captured in his own courtyard. The doctor was sweating profusely at the sight of his nephew bound helpless to do anything about it. He turned to the sand rat construct hovering beside him with a begging look in his eye.

When Yinying Yan and others arrived he had reacted immediately and was about to jump forward to help before Hu Wenxi stopped him. The emperor's remnant sand formed the rat floating beside him and demanded the doctor to stop. Nan Fan wanted to protest but the emperor responded, "What can you possibly do to help?".

"This is barely an incarnation, I can't challenge them much less you. You can hide sure but right now there is little we can do. Besides they can't kill them even if they wanted to"

"But your majesty, your sons" Nan Fan begged. He understood Hu Wenxi's point but he couldn't stand to just stand here and watch his nephew like that. The sand rat shook its head and Nan Fan gritted his teeth.

The rat gazed up at the sky looking at the vast star formation formed above it. "Its big world out there, to think even one of ours will have such a weapon" it said, "What a horrible surprise". The newly formed Grand Chariot North Star Supreme formation was a sight to behold. Hu Wenxi calculated that it was a formation dozens of times more potent then the Star busting formation of star city.

"Your majesty is this really wise?" Nan Fan called out once again but the rat ignored the agonising doctor. It continued to examine the myriad of runes above it. For Hu Wenxi the Grand Chariot North Star formation did not resemble any array he had seen before, the principle behind it was wholly unique relating far more to stellar elements alien to him.

The rat began doing calculations before peering up at the sky again. "White Dragon emperor, Taoist shark, and father in law are here" it said. This drew Nan Fan's attention too. Indeed above them 3 Human Immortals arrived.

In response the six stars of the formation formatted into a grand chariot while the largest seventh star manifested. It took a burning human form garbed in majestic starry armour. The fiery energy cloaked the shining human in what could only be described as majestic.

This bright human figure looked identical to the Celestial Star king and he did not look to be in the mood to talk. A long pole axe manifested in his hands it too being made out of starry light. Tremendous amounts of power emanated from the astral figure sending cold shivers down the three Immortal's spines.

Hu Wenxi's rat construct narrowed its eyes, the battle power that amount of energy indicated would be insane. 'To think a mere Human Immortal could command such power' the rat watched as his father in law began speaking to the contract. In its head the rat already knew the likely outcome.

Hu Wenxi's rat construct used its spiritual senses and felt its connection to the real Hu Wenxi strengthen tremendously. 'Finally, it's a shame we live so far apart otherwise' it thought. The rat turned to Nan Fan and said, "Get ready". Nan Fan had an elated look and nodded his head vigorously.

"Xing Da Kong, what have you done?" Wang Qiang called out high above. The two demons beside him looked at the Celestial Star king suspiciously. The giant stellar light figure looked at the Creation God sect chief in disdain. "Nothing but a bunch of upstarts" he raised its pole axe and struck down with tremendous momentum.

'Oh no' Qiang Wang and the two demons were instantly on edge. The strike coming at them was unbelievably strong. It came at them in a blaze of starlight, brilliant images of countless solar systems were visible in the trail made by the axe.

ROAR!

A gargantuan shark and a ten thousand metres white dragon appeared in the air. Both Long Chi Bai and taoist shark did not hesitate unleashing their true forms. Mystical runes appeared all over the two demons as they went to battle the axe fearlessly.

KABOOOM!

A grand explosion rang the air as both demons were tragically beaten back. The massive shark sported a large gash on its stomach, thick quantities of crimson blood bled into the air. The dragon didn't look any better, its scales where not stainless white anymore but had dulled massively. Both demons were injured severely in one strike leaving Qiang Wang stunned.

Qiang Wang looked below at his beloved grandson being held on the grass. He gritted his teeth and pulled out a one handed war axe and slashed at the starry giant. "Pathetic" the giant scoffed and repelled the attack in a flip of the palm. Starry luminaries flew out striking the old chief in the chest.

"GAH" Qiang Wang spat out blood as he felt his ribs give way. "Old master Qiang, always so ambitious, always so power hungry" the giant form of the Celestial Star king sneered. Qiang Wang glared at the Celestial Star king, "Were you so different?".

In the distance Crimson Star princess Muo Li Hua and Yun Xiao Che stood on a rooftop looking at absolute display of power. The princess looked with glee in her eye while Yun Xiao Che gazed indifferently. The truth of the matter was that Yun Xiao Che did not care what happened, as long as he and the princess were together and safe.

"Is it smart to stay here?" He asked his partner, for all her flaws she was quite intelligent when the situation called for it. The princess frowned and analysed the situation. "We're not leaving until those royals die" she said coldly, there was even a sadistic smirk blossoming on her charming face.

Yun Xiao Che looked uneasy. Single minded he may be but he recognised Jasmine's unpleasant relationship with her father. He also recognised her unfavourable relationship with Hu Wenxi. He had also witnessed what Hu Wenxi could do.

Yun Xiao Che considered his options carefully, as a Crossing Tribulation cultivator he had the strength to easily leave the planet. If the situation turns bad he'll knock the princess out and leave world via the primordial spirit ark.

The gargantuan form of the shark sailed past them leaving a train of crimson blood. Jasmine took out a bottle and collected as many as she could, "Taoist shark is a deep sea creature with a powerful bloodline, it'll be of use to you when you cultivate the water divine seed". Yun Xiao Che nodded and swept the bottle into the interior of the Heavenly poison pearl.

As he did so the gargantuan form of the Celestial Star king began attacking again with its pole axe. "How did your father do this so covertly?" Asked Yun Xiao Che. The princess shook her head, "I don't know, I never bothered with his business after that incident. He must've had to be extra sneaky to pull this off".

Suddenly the princess felt a tug of energy. Sandy light began flowing above the air. "Impossible, that formation is a planetary defence formation. Its interior defence qualities are only anchored at the capital" stated the Crimson princess. Indeed the sandy light was a sign of the Zodiac formation.

Similar to the Star Busting formation the Zodiac formation was a defence formation anchored at the royal capital. However it was also designed as a planetary defence formation that could cover the entire world in a shield. This was however only if it was facing an exterior threat coming in. For an interior one generated within the confines of the interstellar shield, unless it took place at the capital the formation couldn't do much.

This was why the Crimson Star princess was so shocked by the appearance of the formation. She could not discount that it could possible also act as a spying mechanism given that it physically covered the entire thousand flames upper realm. However its fighting ability inside the barrier should only be available at the capital.

The sandy light radiated immortal power unlike its previous incarnation. The Celestial Star king noticed this change in the formation that was distinctly unlike how it functioned years ago. "Modified huh?" The king halted its attack on Qiang Wang and turned its attention to the sandy disk slowly forming above him. "This battle formation was created from a thousand years of recourse gathering. It is the culmination of our eternal dream". The pole axe in his palms transformed into a white pillar of starlight radiated indomitable power.

"Celestial Star king, I respect you as a monarch. But that doesn't dissuade from the fact that you're a traitor" Hu Wenxi's voice spoke out from the rat sand construct. The animal slowly disintegrated into a swirl of sandy coloured energy stream splitting in two directions. One immediately entered Nan Fan who sprinted into action towards Hu Jin Shen.

The other stream covertly entered into the bound Yi Guang. 'Your majesty?' The trapped general immediately recognised the energy entering him. As Yinying Yan chased after Nan Fan, Yi Guang obliterated his bindings throwing the men around him onto the floor.

"DIE" he swept his spear and in an instant decapitated two men. "Impossible, they were Human Imm…AK" another man did not finish his sentence as Yi Guang smashed his spear down cleaving the man in halve. The battle general was like a war god spinning his spear around killing all those around him.

Up above Yinying Yan released his massive shadow claw at Nan Fan. The sandy energy given by the rat activated and transformed into its own sandy shield completely negating the corrosive force of the shadow claw. Yi Guang sprinted after Yinying Yan and attacked from behind.

"HAH" with one swing supplemented by Hu Wenxi's immortal power Yi Guang slashing at Yinying Yan. The blade cut deeply into his side causing the gaunt man to scream in pain. "You peasant" the gaunt man shot a black energy wave at Yi Guang who leapt over the attack. The general was in overdrive being buffed in every way possible.

He attacked the immortal with vigorous rage forcing him back. "Brother Yin" the pale skinned man and old lady chased after the two hoping to kill Yi Guang in revenge. Meanwhile Nan Fan was bringing the children away as fast as he can.

On a rooftop watching this go down Crimson princess' beautiful face contorted in rage, "Don't let those shits get away". She jumped and flew after the doctor on top speed. "Wait a minute" Yun Xiao Che followed after her. From a distance starry energy entered their bodies.

"What right do you a peasant have to challenge this glorious king" the gigantic Celestial Star king shot his pillar of star light at the sandy dodecagonal disk in the sky. The pillar traveled in high speed slamming into the physical representation of the Zodiac formation in extreme force.

BOOOOOOOM!

The impact could be felt across the entire world rousing everyone sending them into a frenzy. What was frightening was that cracks began appearing on the Zodiac formation, it was actually losing.

ROOOOOM!

The light slowly dissipated as the giant Celestial Star king completed his attack. The zodiac disk was on the verge of collapse. The king turned his head seeing Jasmine beginning chase after Nan Fan, he swept his hands and starry energy flowed into her.

"Copied my trick eh?" Hu Wenxi's voice rang out from above. The king sneered, "Cut the talk your majesty" he spat, "We both know you're not really here". The Celestial Star king in his current state held an intimate connection with the Heavenly Tao. He could glimpse more from the Tao then even some True Immortals.

"Yes, as expected of a fake Immortal" Hu Wenxi's voice said with no discernible tone. The truth was that the Grand Chariot North Star Supreme formation created a pseudo True Immortalesque state for the Celestial Star king to inhabit. His power in this state was immense. As such the king could sense that the Hu Wenxi he was speaking to was a remnant conciseness inside the Zodiac formation.

"However you are mistaken" sandy light conglomerated into the shape of a man in imperial garb. It was Hu Wenxi who appeared causing the Celestial Star king's eyes to widen in shock. "Your majesty what should we do?" One of the star kingdom's saints spoke out. Celestial Star king gritted his teeth, "We fight".

The giant opened its arms wide, the horses pulling his chariot neighed thunderously. Numerous stars appeared in the sky shooting up like meteorites blitzing across the night sky in the opposite direction. The massive cracked dodecagonal disk spun expanding in size. The massive images of a rat, bull, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey, rooster, wolf, and boar. The twelve mighty beats roared in ferocious might.

Massive sandy light conglomerated into the form of a shield below Hu Wenxi. "You're still unable to fully utilise that power" Hu Wenxi said softly before smiling slightly, "Thats what makes you a fake Immortal". The shield sustained the continuous bombardment.

"I don't think so!" The Celestial Star King clapped his palms the giant following after him. Radiant stellar energy conglomerated in its chest like a newly created star hungrily swallowing the Qi around it. "Survive this, Devouring Heavens North Star Calamity" howled the king.

The massive Qi construct vastly expanded in size becoming a miniature sun 30,000 kilometres in size easily dwarfing the palace and city. To the people in Thousand Flames upper realm it was as if a new dawn had come. It ascended towards Hu Wenxi's shield

"So this is the glory of the kingdom of ancient days? Its more impressive then the last time I saw you." The emperor smiled in amusement. The star flew up crashing into the shield. Hu Wenxi could feel the heat searing at his skin. "Lukewarm at best" he sad enraging the Star king.

"Do you really have time for quips when you're about to die?" The Celestial Star king punched at the sun sending even more power. The shield held on for a few more moments but thousands of cracks appeared. It was breaking, the Celestial Star king smirked.

The shield gave way, the disk collapsed. The sun obliterated the entire shield, its colossal star energy broke the formation so hard that it completely annihilated the entire Zodiac formation. By attacking from the interior, it struck the Zodiac formation where it was weakest.

Hu Wenxi sighed "Oh well, it needed an update anyway".
