Long ago, in the 1960's Erin Agnes was one of Hogwarts brightest students. She was naturally irresistible and very charming. She was one of the muggle born witches in their age. She was really hard to pursue. Several men had attempted to win her heart but apparently none have succeeded. One day, she meets Asmodeus Maxwell, a pure blood. Professor Dumbledore had requested Erin to tutor Asmodeus for he wasn't really doing well in most of his classes. Since Erin was one of the top quidditch player students during that time she had no choice but to do so. They began to know each other well in the process until Asmodeus have completely fallen for her. To the point that he'll do anything to get her. Erin wasn't really in the same page about her feelings for him, she was in love with somebody else. During that time, Asmodeus have fallen in a deep dark love with Erin. He wanted to marry her no matter what, he wanted her for himself, and himself only. He let his father arrange the marriage for him, not bothering on the effects to Erin and her family. Upon receiving the news that shocked Erin and left her enraged. She stormed off to find Asmodeus but as expected she couldn't do anything but to say yes even if she was 100% against it.
The Maxwell family were very powerful indeed, knowing that Erin's parents were muggles they didn't see this as a threat. People were even surprised that the blood purity was not important to them as long as Asmodeus was happy.
She was living with the Maxwells after their marriage. Nobody bothered to help her or to even pity her. She lived every day of her life miserably and hopelessly. Even if she tried to love Asmodeus, she felt nothing.
Erin was very devastated and was falling into depression bit by bit. She started cutting her porcelain skin whether it was on the wrists or on her thighs. Every time Asmodeus was manipulating her mind and decisions she also started burning her skin. Asmodeus found out about it and he felt bad but his hunger for Erin's body was much heavier than his mercy to her. He figured that he'll give her amortentia, he wanted the strongest one to give. Eventually he got what he wanted and gave it to Erin. He knew she'll resist so he went to mix it in her food and give it to her personally.
"Please let me go.." Erin said as her thin pale face was touched by Asmodeus.
"Have you forgotten that it was your fault why you're here right now?" he said rather softly.
Erin could not think straight, she can't comprehend what was happening and what he meant. She cried silently as Asmodeus started to feed her. And before they even knew it, the effects of the amortentia took over her making it seem like she had fallen for him too.
Using this as an opportunity, Asmodeus didn't waste any minute in penetrating Erin's body as if he had permission in the first place. Erin woke up with stings and soreness feeling on her lower half. She could not walk, she could not move that much. This had her in tears and she was slowly losing her mind.
In the year 1980, a baby witch was born with beautiful red eyes. She was named (y/n) Maxwell. They didn't know that the amortentia used in Erin had affected their daughter. She was literally irresistible. Whoever would stare into her eyes would have the same effect as the strongest love potion in the world. Completely captivating the person who looked at her. Upon knowing this, Erin completely lost her sanity and eventually ended up killing herself.
(Y/n) grew up to be blinded by her mother's real reason why she died. Asmodeus twisted the story once again telling her that her mother died in an illness. She grew up not knowing that her beautiful eyes were cursed. Not long after, (y/n) had started to attend school and probably will learn about everything she's curious to.
"You're nasty aren't you?" A group of students came in a room and cornered (y/n).
"I beg your pardon?" She raised an eyebrow as her ruby red eyes glistened in the sun's light piercing through the windows.
"Oh please ! Everyone knows you've been snogging Diggory !"
"So?" (y/n) glared even if it was a lie. You were full from their unnecessary bullshit that they always do.
The group was astounded by her reply. Without any comeback they backed away and left the room.
She sighed and left the room to go to the ravenclaw's common room. As soon as you walked past the door, you sat down on the couch.
"Rough morning?" Cho asked as she sat down with you.
You nodded as a response.
"Pansy's group cornered me and said that I was snogging Diggory" you ranted.
"It was really pointless" you added and Cho looked worriedly.
They were always like this, not just to you but to the other students as well.
"Is it because my eyes are different?" you asked her.
"I wouldn't say that. Your eyes are very beautiful." she replied making you smile.
"Thanks !" you said as you both fixed your things and walked out the common room after.
"I have potions class next, see you around" you said happily to Cho before parting ways.
You entered the room and sat on your usual spot. Minutes later, the classroom became noisy as students filled it up.
"Do you mind if I sit next to you?" you heard a voice and looked up, it was Harry Potter.
You shook your head and smiled, giving him permission to sit next to you. You looked around and saw a few more empty seats but he chose to sit next to you.
Ignoring everybody else, you brought out your personal notebook and started scribbling and drawing various objects that you thought of.
"You're pretty good at drawing" you heard Harry say as you quickly covered the pages with your hands. You just stared at him unknowingly which caused the both of you to feel awkward with each other.
"Professor Snape is unusually late today" you spoke to Harry the first time ever.
This was already your third year in Hogwarts. You've been in several classes with him for nearly 3 years and this was the only time he had heard you speak. In fact your 3rd school year was nearly ending on it's final term.
"I wish he was usually late" he half joked and you chuckled a bit.
"I'm sorry but you're (y/n) Maxwell, am I right?" Harry asked ans you nodded.
"I've always seen you around but we haven't really talked that much." He said shyly.
"Oh... Uhm, I'm not usually like this." You answered truthfully.
He stuttered to say something but he did not say it anyways.
Professor Snape had already walked in the classroom before you even knew it.
"Books out and wands away. Turn your page to 246." He said with his usual monotonous voice.
"Now tell me, what is the potion that we are to discuss?"
You raised your hand first after flipping the pages.
"Yes Ms. Maxwell?" He said raising an eyebrow.
"Confusing Concoction sir." You answered and Snape slightly nodded.
Then the lesson went on and on until it was over.
You hurriedly went out of the classroom not even bothering to say goodbye to Harry. You unknowingly left your notebook and Harry picked it up.

You were walking back and forth in your dormitory, unable to figure out your uneasy feeling.
You decided to walk down and go to the great hall to join students who are apparently having lunch.
Before you walked in, you took a deep breath and held your chin up.
You took a slight peak and saw Cho and the others sitting together.
You took a step forward then another and so on. You did not notice that people were looking at you. Your red ruby eyes glistening like a gem getting the attention of multiple people around you. It didn't matter until you locked eyes with a boy who had pale blonde hair and silver gray eyes. It took you long enough to avert your eyes away from him and continued walking. You eventually sat down next to Cho as they greeted you happily.
Cho caressed your hair happily.
"I see you have a lot of suitors" she chuckled with her sentence and looked in the gryffindor's area.
"Potter?" You asked shocked.
"Not just him, silly" Cho laughed.
"He's been looking around all the time and stopped when you arrived" Luna spoke softly getting your attention.
You brushed off their teasing and began to drink the juice in your goblet.
You noticed someone starring at you from across the other table and it turns out that it was the same pale blonde haired boy.
"What do you think of Draco?" You asked while holding your gaze to him.
"He's pretty much a bully together with that Parkinson girl." Cho answered while she focused on her lunch.
•••
After a few more hours of boring and usual school stuff, you were finally getting ready to go to bed. You didn't want to mingle with other students so you were surprisingly not lazy to go to the prefect's bathroom.
Upon arriving, you stared at your reflection in the mirror.
People do admire your beautiful ruby eyes and raven black hair with purple tips. It made you stood out, but in the eyes of the bullies it made them the reason to make your life miserable. But you knew you could not let them. It felt like something else sparked in you.
You did not know that you had a cursed life. Your eyes were the product of a very strong love potion that your mother had taken before. Luckily, you could still feel love but the effects of the love potion was in your eyes.
Your eyes had no effect in girls, so you had one less problem to deal with.
You stared at the mirror again and you started to remember flash backs of your past traumas.
You snapped back to reality only to realize that you've been scratching your wrist that it had bled out.
You looked at yourself once again, Your perfectly built face matched your beautiful eyes and unique hair.
You washed your face with warm water first and then washed it again with cold water after using soap. You suddenly heard foot steps and you were cautious.
You gripped your wand in the pocket of your shorts and slowly approached where the foot steps were coming from.
"Draco?" You spoke while you let out a sigh of relief.
"What are you doing here Maxwell?" He asked trying to mask his flustered face.
You didn't answer.
He slowly scanned your body from top to toe.
"Your hand !" he spoke suddenly holding your right hand.
You raised an eyebrow waiting for his sentence.
"What happened?" he said examining your wrist more.
You shook his hand off and you hid your arm behind you.
"It's none of your business" you answered firmly.
Your eyes started swelling up and your vision became blury.
He didn't say anything so you just ran away back to your dorm. He looked like he was concerned but you didn't want him mingling with your business as he might use this against you.
After this, you chose not to talk to him. You chose to ignore both Draco and Harry. Even if both of them are taking up their own measures to try to talk to you.
You did like Harry for a long time now. But you felt like it was rather weird for him to suddenly talk to you and let alone to notice you.
They were both not acting like themselves, especially that Malfoy kid. It bothered you that something must be wrong with them and you.
~
In the next few weeks, your days had been spent with slight glances from Harry and Draco. Both were doing their best to get your attention.
Until your 3rd year ended with a glee and you were finally getting out of the school.
You hopped on the train happily as it departed away from Hogwarts.
