Chapter 39. I Won, Heaven

That unexpected voice was of the wounded person beneath Advik. His tone of voice had such confidence and domination in it that it was impossible to ignore its warning. It sent chills down the spine of the demon; making the Demon-Beast freeze on the spot in fear for a moment. 

Advik's head was fuzzy. He didn't hear the voice clearly yet as soon as the voice entered his ears he opened his eyes in shock. The demon who came out of his fear suddenly attacked again when Advik covered the person under him with his body; held him firmly so that no one could hurt him. The claws of the Demon-Beasts slit open his back's skin. There were big-long lines of scratches that didn't bleed but made him whine in unbearable pain. His voice reverberated in the place. Tears formed in his eyes.
