At the lake the three of them just relaxed, since it was to cold to swim or do much else they just enjoyed the day there. Lydia was still fully coming to terms with what she was while Allison actually had a full day to get use to it. Asher was just enjoying his free time before things started hitting the fan, when Kate came to town things would escalate.
After a full day of sunbathing, mostly Asher, who the girls kept staring at since he had taken off his shirt the three got out of there. Tonight Lydia would see the Alpha Peter since she had a date with Jackson, and while Asher could go and stop it he wanted her to see how true his words truly were.
A couple hours later Asher left his house and walked across the street to Allison's who was the one to open the door for him all smiley and happy. Asher smiled back leaning in and giving her a kiss on the cheek, he pulled away quickly though when he saw Chris and Victoria staring him down.
"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Argent lovely night huh?" He still had his English accent so every word he said was with a tinge of elegancy making them like him a little more but they didn't fully trust him.
Chris stepped forward while Victoria went back to the dining room, "Hello Asher, Come in dinner is ready." Though he was acting nice he still had on his predatory smile.
Asher smirked a little but followed him and Allison into the dining room, he didn't feel nervous like Scott but of course Scott was a wolf in a lions den so... yeah. They all sat around the table and it was Victoria who broke the silence, "So Asher I hear you just lost your parents in a boat accident? Why weren't you with them?"
Allison looked embarrassed while Chris just slowly ate but he also looked like he wanted to know, "Well it was actually their twentieth anniversary, so I wasn't even away what they were doing my dad was surprising my mom with the trip and I didn't find out until they were at sea." He answered while taking a bite from a spoon full of peas which made him frown but he didn't want to be rude.
The one thing he didn't like though was that they put a little wolfsbane in his drink and while a small amount wasn't dangerous it still tasted terrible. Allison looked thoughtful hearing that, "Well I'm sorry to hear that but I'm also glad you are here it wouldn't be the same if I hadn't met you that first day."
Neither of her parents said anything but nodded they were thinking over his story actually trying to find holes in it which they couldn't. Even if the matter was investigated they would see that he was at boarding school the entire time but no doubt they thought he killed his father for an alpha status.
"So our daughter tells us that you told her some quack story about us being Werewolf hunters." Chris said with his friendly-Not-Friendly smile.
"Well no offense sir but if it was a story then you wouldn't need to mention it at dinner. Also you wouldn't need to put wolfsbane in my drink which just ruined it by the way." Asher said still taking a sip though.
The two stilled hearing his words they didn't think about that but at the same time they knew that if he truly was a wolf then he would have been in pain on the ground by then. They looked at each other before Chris spoke again while Victoria went to get a new drink, "Well sorry but we had to make sure. It just worried us when Allison came to us telling us about you but she wouldn't tell us how you knew this stuff."
Asher was surprised by that and looked at Allison who smiled shyly seeing the question in his eyes, "Well I didn't think it was my story to tell so I didn't say anything to them and figured you could yourself."
He smiled and nodded before turning back to an intrigued Chris, "Well it's true that I'm not a wolf and my father only ever met with Talia Hale because he was their protector of sorts while also a friend," He stopped taking the drink Victoria handed him, "That is why I also chose to live here I know Derek is alone out here after hearing about his sister so I came to hang with him."
They all nodded, "So who is the Alpha then if not Derek because we haven't been able to find it but we do know there is a new beta it made." Chris asked though they were at dinner it was still appropriate talk since they all knew everything now.
"Well," Asher debated what to say since he knew the whole reason but if he warned them about it then it would stop Kate from coming but he wanted to see her completely dead, "Well I'm actually not to clear I'm going to spend some time with Derek tomorrow to figure it out since he wants revenge for his sister."
They seemed to by it as the topic switched between what i knew and what they did until Victoria spoke out, "You said your dad was a protector of sorts then what exactly was he to protect a werewolf?"
Asher smirked a little, "We are Warlocks. Different from druids we actually use magic for different things other than affecting nature," Putting up his hand lightning sparked between his fingers, "My dad spent time here near Talia because she was a guide for a lot of people so he just wanted to meet her. They turned into friends later."
Victoria and Chris actually looked surprised they knew about the druids but did nothing unless they were actual threats like Darach's this was actually out of their domain. Asher saw the looks and smiled a little while Allison giggled she had never seen her parents surprised by anything.
"I also avoid conflict between the species cause as long as they have money then I will help whoever comes unless they have crossed me before." Asher added after thinking for a moment cause he has helped some killers as long as they didn't cross his morals.
Chris was taken back but understood that he was silently telling him that he wouldn't join there side nor fight against them unless they went after him or someone he cared about. "Well do you know about the new beta then is he apart of you or..." Victoria also looked curios.
"No I have no personal relationship with him. Though he is someone at our school who has a crush on Alli here." Asher smirked looking at Allison who was frowning at the mention of Scott.
"Oh.." Her mother didn't look to happy about that.
"Well it is only one sided don't listen to his nonsense." Allison quickly said glaring at Asher slightly, he just chuckled in return.
"Well anyway his name is Scott McCall kind of a grey area person considering he is new to this all. While I will say he is naïve though. You just have to worry about his tendency to run into trouble or him being possessive then you are all clear." Asher explained, they were now just sitting around clearing the air and he felt no reason to hide what he knew.
Chris and Victoria nodded but Victoria still had a hard look she didn't want her daughter falling into that crowd and might react like last time if they do end up together. Though Asher is preventing that by being in the picture since Allison is staying away from all things Scott in the first place.
"So how strong are you exactly?" Chris finally asked seeing as no one had done so, so far.
"I can take down three or four Alphas at once it really just depends on the situation but I could fight for awhile before it would take a tole on me." Asher answered looking the man in the eye.
They just nodded knowing where he stood now.
Dinner was finally over though and Allison walked Asher to the door with her parents lurking in the background not taking any chance. They didn't disapprove but they just didn't want anything happening under their roof, they were still over protected even if the could protect her.
Asher chuckled kissed Allison's cheek and left the house knowing they were watching him he walked all the way inside his house. Before he could walk out the back though he got a message from Lydia about seeing the Alpha so it looks like she will be out for a couple days he would see her before going to Derek.
Heading out the back of his house he cloaked himself to be invisible before walking back to the Argents and flying to Allison's window, it was open like it has been since he has been doing this. She probably wasn't expecting him though since when she came in it was in a t-shirt and black panties with him standing at her computer clear for her to see.
They both stood there for a moment before she closed her door before her parents could walk across and see him, she was pleased though to see that he was captivated by her. Asher was standing in a daze watching her walk across the room missing her little blush as she went to get some shorts.
The shorts didn't do much though seeing as they were little cotton ones that hardly even covered her ass. Asher was a gentleman but it had been five hundred years since he was with a woman even though he had met many beautiful ones he had avoided them. Seeing her like this with pink cheeks and fresh washed hair looking alluring he couldn't control himself.
"Sorry I didn't know--" She started but before she could say anything else her lips were captured by his and she stood stiff before melting into him, they had spent the week together and she would be lying if she said she didn't like him.
The only reason she had held back was because she had seen that Lydia was the same as her, liking this guy but stuff not wanting to mess up their friendship. Thinking of that she pulled back a little looking him in his bright golden-grey eyes, "What about Lydia? And don't say you haven't noticed because we both know how she feels."
Asher had to calm himself down hearing her say that but smirked, "Isn't that a conversation for the two of you I am innocent in this, I will admit I like you both but it is something you two need to work out."
Before she could reply he took her lips again and this time she followed along since telling herself that she would figure it out when she saw Lydia again. Asher put up a barrier around the door since he saw that she didn't lock it and made the room soundproof. Pleased with himself he deepened the kiss groaning while biting her full lips that tasted like cherries, no clue how but they did.
As their tongues tangled he reached down grabbing her apple bottom and lifted her up her legs going around his waist while he walked over to her bed. Gently they both fell onto it but the heat of their connected bodies made them more frenzied.
Asher couldn't control himself and started working his hands under her shirt ready for more while softly biting her neck, making her moan in pleasure. Felling his hands moving up shirt she grinned before pushing him away making him dazed staring down at her.
"Sorry but until I have that talk with Lydia all you get is the kiss." Like a sly succubus she grinned at him.
Asher though was felling despair he had never experienced blue balls but this girl had made him and he couldn't help but groan in frustration while flopping next to her on the bed. Allison giggled next to him making him feel even more despair, "Plus we should probably do that at your house since you do live alone and we won't be interrupted."
He could only nod in agreement waiting for his other half to calm down and when it did he leaned over pulling her into his embrace although she looked good enough to devour he held back. "Fine but at least let me hold you until you fall asleep, is that okay?"
Allison answered in the form of laying her head on his chest while putting one hand under his shirt on his well toned stomach. "That's fine by me."
