Caring Teacher

"Mom, What's the time now?? "

"It's 7:30 sweetie. "

"Isn't it usual for a student to wake up in this time?"

Martha's mother felt a change in her behavior but she didn't seem to be bothered by it. But she didn't back off from asking her.

"Is there anything bothering you, sweetie?? "

Martha spaced out for a while. She began to think about the things happened 4 years ago. She is facing a different attitude from her classmates everyday. She knew no one did that on purpose. But Martha just wanted here not to be alone. She wanted to be there when some one of her friends mentally need her. But she didn't get any console from her friends when she was in bad terms. When she needed them, literally no one did soothe her.

Martha's mother looked her spacing out. She should be the one to understand her but she called her once again.

"Martha?? "

"Mom, Where's Scarlett?? "

Scarlett is Martha's elder sister. She is way more responsible compared to Martha. She has a hell of patience and she has good sense of humor. She knows how and what must be spoken for time to time. Of course she loves her younger sister, Martha.

Martha didn't have good buddies when it comes to her school. She doesn't know why people avoid her and come closer when they are in need of her. This can be said that not everyone had a bad friendship with her. There were a few people she had a better bond with. But there were some times when those few left her alone too. As a family, when she was alone Scarlett was the one who consoled her and gave her hope to make new friends.

"Ahh Scarlett!?. She left early. She said she had some assignment by her teacher. Sorry Martha today you can't go to school with your sister. "

"I know. No one does love me"

"Does your words sync my word?? What are you blabbering about? Now come on you need to move"

When Martha was ready and she left for school, She silently walked in a faster pace without rising her head as if she was scrutinizing the road and so she finally reached her school being late for her first class.

Martha was spacing out the entire time but when she arrived the surroundings of her school she snapped out and said herself

'God, I'm doomed'.

She rushed to the gate and then to her class but for her knowledge the class already begun.

Teacher: Oh look whom it is!!

Martha: Sorry for the intrusion!! (panting)

Teacher: Be sorry for yourself Martha!! Why we're you late??

Her Teacher's interrogation made her quiet that she felt How could she say that she was spacing out. She stood there thinking of a reason and she saw one of her friends and then she finally spoke.

Martha: Mam!! It's a looongg story. It will be a waste if time for our class. We need to get good marks and our class should rank first, right?

Teacher: ... When did you become such a wary about your class Martha!??

Martha: I am always wary of....

Teacher: You cannot enter into the class without the reason you were late.

Martha: Maam...

Teacher:(Glares)

Martha: Mam when I stepped out of my home I saw an old man sitting in front of a temple but he didn't seem like he was a beggar. That old man asked me to take him to Park beside stadium place. But I already said that my school is my first priority but that man didn't stop bugging me. I had to take him to Park beside the stadium but when I took him there, there was another man and he asked me to take him to the Church beside the pond and The pond is way too farther that I can't reach school in time. But I said that school is my first.....

Teacher: Get in

Martha's teacher Gaama teaches physics and their classteacher. She is the most caring teacher and her stern attitude has a lot of care behind. She cares her students. And she shows no partial feelings among students. She chuckled inside listening Childish Martha's annoying explanation.
