SEVEN YEARS OLD MINHAE.

"I am gonna get you!!" A little girl was running around the backyard of her house. She was playing with her aunt while her parents were on work faraway.

"Got you!!!" The little girl giggles while her aunt tickles her. She was adored by everyone that they say that she was luck to in their life.

"Let's go eat inside for now, okay?"

"Okay aunty!!" She holds her aunt's hand and walks inside their house to eat lunch. She was excited about what her aunt might have cooked.

"I made you your favourite dish~" Aunt came back in the living room with a dish on the plate. While seeing what her aunt made she jumped up and down from excitement. She hugs her aunt for making her favourite dish tteokbokki. Aunt just laughs at her reaction and starts eating the food.

She really loves tteokbokki even if it is spicy. She was really into eating spicy foods but sometimes she doesn't eat for she gets stomach aches.

She runs inside her room upstairs to study. She really wanted to make her parents proud! She reads some of her alphabets book and sentences. She hears a knock on her door to see her cousin brother back from school.

She runs towards him to hug him. He hugs her back with a smile on his face. "What are you doing Min?" She holds his hands and shows him what she was doing. He smiles even more when he sees what she was doing.

"Omo!! Are you going to make us proud?" She nods her head with a cute grin on her face. He ruffles her hair and goes inside his room.

She suddenly hears her aunt crying in the living room. Her room was a little near to the living to which she heard something about her parents.

She runs as fast as she could but she fells down from the stairs till on the floor downstairs. Her head gets hit on the floor which she her head bleeds.

She still hears her aunt near her crying and calling to somebody for help. She gets unconcious from then.

She wakes only to see a white ceiling unlike her room. She looks side to side to see that there was a table full of aids and a large window. She tries to move her hand but someone was holding her hand to see that it was Hoseok.

He wakes up only to see that his eyes were puffy and red. Even his nose were a little red. When he sees that she was awake he calls the doctors and aunt.

They check her health and talks outside with her aunt.

"I thought... you would never... w...wake up." Hoseok cries while he hugs her. She also starts to tear up with her cousin for caring and she even thought she was going to die but she was okay. While she was hugging him she sees someone far from her.

"Hobi-ah. Who is over there?" He turns behind him with a questioning look but sees no one. He turns towards her again and asks who she saw but just says she doesn't know.

"Hobi-ah! Are mom and dad really..." He waits for her to finish what she was going to say but he sees her sobbing which he gets worried to why she actually stopped and cried. He hugs her and pats her head.

"It is okay to tell me Minhae. Let me also cry with you." Minhae looks at him to see that he was serious about what he just said. She hesitates to ask him but he nods his head to tell him.

"Are my parents really...

Dead?"

His face was something she could not describe at all. He was freezed in his place. His reaction was something like he saw a ghost first time. She sees his eyes with tears. He jut smiles at her and pats her head.

"I guess you really heard about your parents today but I will take care of you." She cries a lot at that time with him on her side. She didn't know how her life could be without her parents.

It was funeral time and all were dressed in black. She didn't shed any tears that time. She thought she have to be strong to live happily. Her parents might also think that she should have a good life so she did so. All went back home and she went back home with her cousin.

She was going for a walk with Hoseok on weekend. Hoseok told her that they will walk on the street to get some fresh air. Minhae agrees with him and walks with him beside her. It was peaceful to walk with no cars driving and not many people were there.

She spots a man with many blood with a scary looking face. She holds Hoseok's hand tightly which Hoseok sense that she was scared. But scared of what? He looks everywhere at the  surrounding but doesn't sees anybody with scary looking and looks at her face to see where she was looking.

He sees that she was kinda sweating and gulping a lot. "What happened Minhae?" She looks at him and tells him that there is a man with blood everywhere on his body and has a scary look. He searches again but doesn't spots any man looking like what she describes.

"Hobi-ah..." He looks down to her face to see that she was crying a little. He picks her up in his arms and walks. She hides her face in his chest to not look at the man she saw. He walks faraway from the  spot they were and sits on the bench.

"Hobi-ah... Didn't you see anything?"

"What was there actually? I cannot see anyone like you described?" She cries in his chest a lot while he caress her hair. He thinks for a moment to get an answer to her seeing the person and why he could not. He begins to get chills from the answer he got to her seeing that person. He didn't wanted to let her know before he asks his mother.

They reaches back home with and sleeping Minhae in his arms. He walks upstairs and lays her down on her bed. He looks at her and smiles when he sees her sleeping peacefully.

He walks down the living room to see that his mother was knitting.

"Mother. I want to ask you something but don't think I am crazy or she is." Miss Sohye looks at him with a questioning look on her face.

"Tell me what you wanted to ask. I will not judge you or her." He exhaled for a moment and begins to tell her about what happened to them when they were walking and till the end.

Miss Sohye nods her head while she holds her chin thinking about what her son said.

"Is was thinking that she saw a... ghost." Miss Sohye looks at him with a wide eyes. She tells him to run back inside Minhae's room to which he gladly listens to her.

Miss Sohye too runs inside Minhae's room to see that she was sleeping peacefully without any disturbance. She tells Hoseok to be beside her and watch her.

Hoseok stays there watching her sleeping face. He waits till she was awake.

After a while he hears her waking up from her sleep.

"What are you doing here, Hobi-ah?" He just smiles at her and tells her that he was just watching her sleeping.

He sees her smiling at her error but only to see her smile vanished. He sees her face like before when they were walking on the streets.

"Hobi-ah

...there is that man from before."
