Chapter 7

"Burning a strand of my hair could show that memory I forgot. So let's test my luck and burn that strand for proof I did nearly rape Helena, shall we?"

Anastasia didn't care about their reactions and cursing. She pulled three random strands of her blonde hair. Ouch. She closed her eyes and sighed. This was it. Hopefully, they'll be the correct ones.

She lit a flame in her fingers. Some wished that Helena would be right while the rest was hoping Helena's reputation would go down the drain. They were fully convinced that Helena was lying.

She lit those hairs on fire and thank god; they were the right memories. A screen had appeared by the smoke and they started showing what happened that day from the third-person point of view.

It somehow had fast-forwarded to the first time she met Helena. Helena tried to talk to Anastasia, but she was eating, so she turned away from her and swallowed the food. By the time Anastasia turned to her, Helena was already stomping away.

The second time Helena tried to talk to her, Anastasia was reading a book. Anastasia didn't look up from the book and waved Helena off, thinking it was her sister. Helena gritted her teeth and stomped away like a brat.

The scene shifted to something else. Anastasia was in her room, reading the same book. Somebody knocked on the door and she asked them to come in. Helena entered with a glass filled with red wine. "Hello, your highness."

Anastasia turned another page and hummed in response. Helena stood there with the glass in her hand, her patience ticking off. She cleared her throat. "Your highness, I thought you'd be thirsty. So I bought this for you."

"Thank you, Helena." she took it to her lips and Helena watched her with a creepy smile as Anastasia gulped it down. Anastasia wiped her lips and smiled. "It tastes kinda different."

Helena held her chin up. "Yes, your highness. I made it myself."

"Didn't know wine had something in it called an aphrodisiac."

Helena gasped in astonishment. "How did you-"

"I don't care what you did but get out before it takes effect." She didn't wait for an answer and pushed Helena out of the room. Everyone watched in shock at how Anastasia suffered from the aphrodisiac. Some even turned away and covered their eyes because it was too disturbing to watch.

When the flame touched Anastasia's fingers, she dropped it and sucked her fingers. Everyone was staring at Anastasia in shock, pity, fear, and surprise. Helena didn't believe her fate. Everyone hates her now. Few moments of silence later, a witch started clapping and approached Helena.

"Wow, Helena! You are such a white lotus bitch! Just for your petty revenge, you did what? Her highness not acknowledging you, you put an aphrodisiac in her drink. Then spread fake rumors that her highness nearly raped you when she clearly had thrown you outside her room so she won't do something she'll regret? You have deceived everyone with that stupid pretty face of yours and made Her highness the villain for several centuries for this?"

"I have a reason for this! I did it be-"

"Shut up, bitch! Her highness wasn't the disgrace to us witches! It was you! It was all you from the start! Her highness was just like us but kind of different! You have said such lies for having a higher status and attention! You're a narcissistic bitch!"

"It was not me! That dyke had fabricated her forgotten memories!"

Everyone had to hundred percent disagree. "Shut up!"

"You deserve to die!"

"You're a lying bitch!"

The same witch turned towards Anastasia. "Your highness what should we do with this disgrace?"

Anastasia shrugged and folded her arms. "I don't know. Y'all can do whatever you want to do with the cockroach." She pointed at Helena like trash. Helena couldn't believe it, she was going to die.

The witches hated someone staining their name and they always delivered death to them. The reason Anastasia didn't die was because she had the strength of all of them combined twice and they didn't want to rage war with the royal family.

Helena kowtowed at Anastasia's feet. "Your highness please forgive me! I was stupid and blinded by jealousy! I'll do anything!"

"Really?"

"Yes!"

Anastasia didn't even look at her and said. "Then! My fellow witches, take her somewhere. You can do... whatever you want to do with her. Take her along with the other witch who said Helena always spoke the truth. We don't need such poisons in our kingdom."

The sight of witches dragging Helena and the other witch was glorious. They were yelling, cursing, throwing food at the witches. Anastasia had a small smile on her face, she had removed the small insect after a whole lot of drama. She decided to not follow the crazy crowd.

Anastasia turned to the witch standing there. "What's your name?"

The witch straightened. "Alethea, Your highness."

"So Alethea. Would you mind being my assistant?"

"Really!?" She cleared her throat. "I'd be honored to be your assistant, ma'am."

Anastasia walked away with a small smile and yelled. "You're hired to be my assistant from now on!"
