"Well then if you want Lewis to be the leader then come stand to the right of me and if you want Kylie to be the leader stand on my left" Jake stated.

There were 4 people on Lewis' side, namely Leo, Jake, Ava and Hayley while only Kaylee went onto Kylies side.
"You seem genuinely confused by this, did you think that me and Ava would choose you just because we're all woman, you are obviously biased and wouldn't give good decisions and in case you forgot that system said something about preparing for the wild meaning we might have to hunt and kill wild beasts and I'd rather have a trained military man leading us than a biased man-hater" Hayley explained.
"Yeah, you might be a really really nice person but I don't think that you'd be a great leader, that doesn't mean that I don't want to be friends though" Ava added.
"Seems like some people are smart" Jake mumbled under his breath.
Lewis and Leo both felt tension that they didn't know that they had leave them.
Kylie was fuming but before she could even say anything she felt a small tender had touch hers.
"Uhm I think t-t-that you're a really g-good person too Kylie" Kaylee said with her sparkling eyes which seemed to just melt away all of Kylies anger like it wasn't even there.
'Oh well, at least I'll just try to keep her safe and maybe my past might've gotten the better of me with all this crazy s*** going on, I won't trust them but I will try to understand them at least' Unbeknownst to everyone Kylie was going through a little flashback while looking down at Kaylee.
Before anyone could even finalise everything they all heard a very familiar sound.

Before the group could even fully absorb they heard movement from behind them, when they turned around they were shocked by what had happened, what used to be a barren field next to a mountain has now become a small hut built into the side of the mountain with 3 picketed fences ahead of it in which there is pigs in one, cows in another and sheep in the final one. In addition to that there seems to be a chicken coop on the side of the hut.

Lewis noticing the confused gazes from the group decided to explain his excitement "Oh come on, since we got these earlier then everyone else then that means we have an edge over them"
"Not really since all that happened was that we got these early plus there could be people who unlock it straight away by accident or they could be genuinely gifted with the weapon and advance quicker than us" Jake drowned out Lewis' excitement with his cold dose of logic.
"That may be true but it doesn't change the fact that we got this opportunity straight away so we should make the most out of it" Lewis responded after properly thinking about this gift.
"Then how should we pick the weapons, should we plan it at all or just go with whatever you want?" Hayley questioned
"I think we should just pick what feels more right for us as at the end of the day if you're gonna be fighting with a weapon it should be one that you picked out of you own volition" Leo inputted
"Agreed" Lewis responded
"Same" Hayley and Jake said in unison
"Okay then everyone, just pick whatever feels right for you and we'll all share our choices after we're done, agreed?" Lewis questioned
