Elements? Smithing Magic? I’m Confused!

Sitting crosslegged on my branch, I continue diving deeper and deeper into I have decided to call the mana point. Once I reach what I assume to be the deepest depths, I find that each element is represented in equal amounts. It seems like all the sub categories are represented. So Lightning, Ice and others like it even the rare ones like space and time. Not sure why I can use so many since it should be rare if I'm not wrong, but I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. Though I wonder why I have access to so many elements, usually that would be something you choose as your cheat.

'I guess I'll find that out eventually, no use in worrying about it now,' I think as I move on from it. Spending some time experimenting on different way to draw the elements, I find that I'm able to move the element as I wish, as long as I know I have the element. This though is different from using it, which from what I can tell requires a lot of practice. The first thing I try and see if metal and wood made from magic can be permanent.

First starting at the bottom I start with high density metal element, compressing it as much as possible. Grabbing onto it I let go of my control over the element, and surprisingly it stays, and at the same time I got a new title and skill.

-New title Magic Smith: With great control you permanently materialized your element. Any time you use your element with the intent of crafting it becomes permanent.

-Smithing Magic Lv. 1

Surprised at the new skills I focus my mind of the new magic. With looking at it I find that it makes the process of smithing solely with magic easier. Using the wood element I make a dense four foot long pole, with the last half foot split into eight equal sections. Controlling both pieces I merge them so the right sections make x's before burrowing into the metal and coming back out to make another set of them.

Summoning more metal, I focus on having it be slightly lighter than the bottom counter weight. With the fire element, it use heat, instead of actual fire, to heat the metal, and with smithing magic I'm able to hold and mold it. With the heat I keep it just hot enough to mold but not enough to melt it. Folding it in on itself ten times I finally make a 24 inch long blade similar to a katanas before attaching it to the end of the pole. Finally, I use the sharpen spell from smithing magic, dragging my finger across the side of the blade to sharpen it.

Firmly attaching it to the shaft I summon some acid with the water element dragging it along the spine of both sides of the blade, bringing out the beautiful swirling patterns just below the surface. Making regular water I clean of the residual acid to keep it from eating the metal any further. 'Beautiful, I can't believe that actually worked, from now on you will be called, Meteorfall'

-Congratulations on making a unique weapon. Due to the name the weapon has the function of dealing magically increased damage with increased momentum. The the faster and more it travels in a single swing the more damage it does, like a falling meteor.

"Well shit, it's a unique weapon? We'll probably the weakest of all unique weapons, but still. My best guess would be it has to do with the luck blessing." Muttering this I stare at my new weapon, basically a glaive with a katana blade, the Japanese Naginata.

Making a few steel spears from my element, making them as dense as possible for extra power. After I finish five spears I realize that I'm still in the tree. So throwing the spears into the ground I make a temporary belt from wood element, attach the naginata, and carefully climb down.
