Chapter 1 : rewritten
"What do you kids want to be when you grow up?" chief Awair asked the children in a curious tone.
"The next chief" his silver-haired daughter, Bela, responded with confidence as if the answer was obvious and it was foolish to ask.
"What about you Dave" He moved on to the golden-eyed boy.
"I want to see the view from the top," he said with clarity.
"Top of what," the chief asked
"...don't know yet, just want to see it"
Before Awair could even move on to helmer, Dave's twin brother, he was already yelling
"I WANT TO BE THE BEST".
"Wait, I changed my mind. I want to be better than my brother" Dave quickly commented.
"Whhhhat how can you be better than me when I'm the best?" Helmer responded with a confused tone.
"Don't know just will be"
Awair looked away from the arguing twins and to jack instead.
"And what about you jack? what do you want to be?"
As he asked this, Jack looked around the room and noticed the whole classroom of 12 was looking at him with a frozen stair
"Yh jack what do you want in life" that all said in unison. all of the sudden the walls of the classroom started to fall all around him into the darkness and abyss, and he felt an overwhelming pressure resting on his entire body as causing him to shake at uncontrollably
'So heavy' Jack thought to himself
as he fell deeper into the darkness he began to see something a purple and silver haze in the distance but the more he tried to look and concentrate on it, the harder it became to do so.
"So close," he thought to himself
Jack woke up, drenched head to toe in sweat and feeling sore all over.
"They're getting worse" Jack muttered to himself feeling like he was holding up something heavy for hours.
Jack sat up and looked around the room before getting up and stubbing on his desk.
"Fuuuuuu," he said stifling in a swear looking around the room for any sign of his mother when noticing a bucket of water and a white towel his mother left for him.
Jack thought that this is becoming routine at this point as he picked up the towel to dry himself off. For the past 2 weeks, he's been waking up in a cold sweat due to his power beginning to awaken.
'Why go through all this effort for a shitty heating power' Jack thought to himself. He and the village chief believe him to be developing a basic heating power but due to how badly his body is reacting they believe it to be a weak heating ability. While the rest of the villagers tell him not to worry too much about it he couldn't help but feel a little disappointed.
As he finished drying himself off he thinks to himself
'What was I dreaming of again'
He quickly leaves that thought deeming it unimportant and leaves his and his mums shared room (separate beds of course) and decided to head to the living room to get some food, most of the homes in the village have only 2 rooms, a bedroom and a kitchen/living room, in due to them being on the smaller size village, on the outskirts of their kingdom, the only exception to this rule is the chiefs house which has 2 floors and is made of stone while the rest of us have wood.
While eating his breakfast jack felt a slight pain in his head.
"It's getting close" he muttered to himself knowing it was a normal sign for awakening and was just happy it would be over soon.
As he was thinking this he heard a knocking on his door and went to answer it.
When he opened it he saw two handsome Golden-Haired young men around his age with eyes the same colour, while one had a massive smile on his face the other one seemed to not care if he was there or not.
"JACK" the smiling one yelled seeming to not be able to contain his excitement
"What do you want Helmar" jack responded seeming used to this behaviour
"Also hi Dave" he added only getting a nod in return form the other gold haired brother in his doorway.
"Well it's no big deal" helmer said obviously leading up to something.
"Its only…..THIS"
suddenly he swung his arms to the side in a grand manner and lighting started to gather around his fingers but dave just simply held his hand out to me as his fingers did the same.

"....."
"Dude I told you to swing your arms" Helmar said with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
Jack looked at the lightning running around there fingers in awe in seeing a rare magic for the first time
'I want a strong power like that' he thought to himself not really knowing why
when something suddenly clicked in his head and suddenly feels a splitting head ache and collapses on the ground, helmer froze not knowing what to do but Dave quickly understood what was happening
"Move you jack ass I think hes awakening" he yelled at his brother while pushing him out of the way.
Jack was trying his best to stay awake but now his body was twisting and bending in unnatural ways. When all of the sudden a metallic voice rings in his head
'booting up system'
Something talking directly in to his brain was to much for jack at that moment and he quickly passes out from the pain as Dave picked him up and started to carry him out of his house.
