Lessons To Be Learned

....Sebastian POV...

It has been nothing but excitement around the house with the little ones, well, to be specific, Callum and Carter. Both Kati and me have learned a lot about caring for someone else but yourself; the lives that only matter is that of the boys.

I must say I mastered making their bottles to almost perfect precision; as for changing the nappies, well, that one still makes me squirm. But mom has been a great help; I think between the three of us, we only get about three hour's night sleep, that is, if we are lucky. Mom and me take more of the tiring work, like bathing them, off Kati's hands, for she has been feeling very week and sick.

It is three months since the boys have been born.

Kati has started to go for chemo, but Dr. Wilson has prepared me to accept the worse. Kati is extremely sick; the hours we are awake feeding the boys is the hours that she either lies in pain or her insides are turning outward.

She is getting worse.
