Chapter Twenty One

"Hmm, did not see that coming..." Menay huffs in a bit of amusement while looking over to the door, "What an interesting turn of events" he snickered looking back to Raven wondering what he was going to do now.

Raven narrowed his brow giving a low growl to the way Menay seemed to write the situation off as entertainment. He jumped to his feet forcing his fingers through his long hair not knowing what to do. He had a suspicious feeling that Carson was going to return sooner than later but not this soon. The fact that it was right after Raven had just settled down made the timing worse than ever. His brain was scattered with worry and the thoughts cluttered his mind making it hard for him to focus on how he was going to explain this mess or anything to Carson.

Menay couldn't help but chuckle at Raven's panicked state mostly because of the situation he was not expecting to have to be prepared for. Never in all his years as a familiar had he ever come across such an unusual possible exposure to a human being.

Raven looked over to his chuckle giving yet another snarl as he grabbed a hold of Menay's shoulders, "What do I do?" he snapped shaking Menay a bit as Menay brought up his finger to his lips to remind Raven to whisper.

Forgetting he could be heard he looked to the door then back to Menay, "Help me, this is what you're here for" he pleads in a whispered more panic tone of voice than before.

Menay paused his humored behavior and looked over to the door for a moment as he heard Raven's name called again. Reaching up he grabbed Raven's wrist gently and looked him in the eyes, "First, you need to calm down, he's not getting in I have his key" He explains while trying to calm Raven gently removing the tight grip from his shoulders.

As his hands moved down Raven's arms they became smaller and Raven could feel as the smooth skin texture was replaced with fur and rough pads.

Looking down at Menay Raven watched him turn back into a cat before his eyes, for the first time. The transition from man to animal was quick and smooth, like magic, Raven couldn't help but be curious if it hurt him or if it was as gentle as it appeared.

"Quit spacing and get changed" Menay ordered going back into the voice within Raven's head adding a meow like a cat along side it to catch his attention.

"Change?" Raven questioned looking down at his clothes as he remembered the clothes he wore was what he had on before, which Carson had already seen him wearing.

"You don't want him to see you wearing the same exact thing Raven was just wearing do you?" He explained assuming Raven really didn't know why he told him to change.

"Really, how dumb do I look?..." Raven snarled as he knew it would be strange to be wearing something with the school's monogram twice and this outfit clearly being his manager shirt and gym shorts. Even if it didn't scream it was Raven, it would definitely cause some questions to arise being in their room.

Raven let out a sigh as he looked up and around the room, "I know okay but..." he didn't know what he would change into since Carson often did their laundry together he knew almost all of what Raven owned in his drawers.

Rushing over to the dresser he rummaged through his clothes looking for something older that hadn't been worn in a while hoping it would not only be tighter since it was older but wouldn't be noticed right off. Finally finding a pair of jeans at the bottom he knew he hadn't worn them in over three months since they had slightly tighten around his waist. They were the kind that hugged around the thighs so it wouldn't be hard to pass them off as girl's clothes paired with a plain black t-shirt from his closet.

Tossing these items to his bed he looked at them for a moment hoping they would work as that was all he had. Having not heard his name called in a while and Carson's movement had gone quiet he assumed he had left and decided this was his chance to get out of there but he still needed to change out of the uniform just encase.

Placing his hands on his hips he went to slide off his shorts to change like he normally would but when he felt the difference in his waist structure he froze. He wasn't sure if he was truly ready to see his body as a girl yet. On top of that it was almost uncomfortable to imagine looking at the dream girl's body having seen her his whole life, it was stranger now that she in fact was him.

"Come on Raven!" Carson begged banging on the door a bit harder after hearing the commotion he was making inside the room. This made Raven jump finding out that he had not left yet, pressing him for time.

"What are you waiting for?" Menay asked becoming impatient knowing it was only a matter of time before the young man found a way enter the room. Raven looked up at Menay almost having forgot there was another person in the room who would also see his body like this.

"Well?" Menay pestered as he was insisting Raven to hurry up and change.

"Well..." Raven repeated as he too wondered what it was that made him hesitate so much having changed in front of the very cat for so many years without a second thought. He was nervous all of a sudden looking down at Menay he wondered if it were maybe because of the teenager he just saw or because Menay's voice was an adult within his head. Whatever the reason Raven became nervous in this body and didn't want to expose it to anyone even Menay, "You're... and watching, I don't... I can't" Raven stuttered.

"You can't be seriously worrying about that?" he complained watching Raven motion his finger to have him turn around. Menay laid back his ears and with an agitated flick of his tail while he turned around like he was told. Sitting on the bed facing the wall he laid down "Now hurry" he adds in a irritated manner with another flick of his tail.

With Menay turned around and not watching Raven took a deep breath and closed his eyes. Even though this was his own body it felt wrong, like he were violating it somehow by just looking at himself in this form. Taking it slow he started to pull down his shorts feeling a piece of fabric on his thigh, he then remembered he was wearing boxers. Opening his eyes he had never been so relieved to be wearing underwear before this moment.

No longer having much to worry about down there he released his breath and let his shorts drop with ease. Reaching over to the bed he didn't need Menay to be turned around anymore but he didn't care to let him know this as he grabbed his jeans and started pulling one leg on at a time. Until he heard the door unlock.

"Yeah, don't worry about me I got the dorm attendant to let me borrow the master key, thanks for helping" Carson's voice was agitated and exhausted as he opened the door.

Raven's eyes grew wide as he was in plan view of the door still, in a way, half naked as Carson entered the room. He looked up having a full view of Raven's female body and grew silent just staring for a moment like he were trying to process what he was looking at.

Raven could no longer move his muscles either, he had been caught and practicality exposed, of all times to come in it had to be with his pants down. He was scared of what would happen next but he couldn't run or speak as he just stared back.

Without a word Carson stepped back and closed the door in front of him, "Tell me when you're done" He spoke up implying he was going to wait there on the other side of the door while Raven got dressed.

The moment the door clicks as it was shut again Raven's muscles finally give, whatever it was holding him up was no longer there and he fell to the floor. Shoving his face into the palm of his hands he was even more embarrassed than he was before. He couldn't think nor finish putting his clothes on, "Menay what do I do now?" he cried out looking for assistance.

"The only thing you can do, put your clothes on and lie" He reluctantly explained wishing he could have better advice at this point to provide but things were getting to tight for any other option.

He wasn't too thrilled with Menay being there in the first place but now with his lack of assistance when he really need it aggravated Raven more wondering just what he really was there for. Sitting back Raven huffed and started pulling on his pants quickly so he could change his shirt and get out of there. Though after he stood to button the pants he looked at the shirt and became reluctant to change it this time because of Carson. He had not a single clue of what he was going to say and he wasn't about to rush getting to it either.

Looking over to Menay he pointed towards the wall so that Menay wouldn't look at him anymore though he was still reluctant to change his shirt. Menay groaned in his cat tone as he looked away again, "Raven hesitating won't stop him from entering again"

"I know..." Raven grumbled back knowing if Carson wanted to he would just enter now. Closing his eyes he changed his shirt hoping Carson would actually stay out on the other side of the door while he did. Once his shirt was on he stood there holding his manager's shirt in his hands trying to think of what he would do now.

"Raven you need to face this and get it over with or we'll be stuck in a bigger mess" Menay suggests knowing that if Raven stayed in the room any longer there could the possibility of the authorities involved. Raven glanced over to Menay the worry written on his face as he tried to hide how scared he was to let Carson into the room. "Raven..." Menay repeated as he stood turning around with concern.

"Are you still not done?" Carson exclaimed as he was getting impatient standing at the door no longer hearing any commotion wondering what she were doing in there now.

Raven jumped throwing his shirt to the end of his bed, "D...don't come in yet" he stammers to say trying to figure out what he wanted to do from there.

Carson placed his forehead on the door as he listened in to hear Raven scrambling around the room. Trying to figure out what she was doing in there he assumed she was probably about to try an escape now, especially after what had happened between them from the night before, "I'm not going to do anything to you okay," He claims trying to assure her that he had no ill intentions. After a moment of no response he adds to, "So don't try and jump out the window, you'll hurt yourself."

Once he says this Raven stops and looks at the window having not even considered this as an option. He took a moment and even thought about it but the height was too far up and he knew he couldn't make it from the second floor down without hurting himself like Carson warned.

Shaking his head it was a stupid idea and he knew why he hadn't thought of it before, "Who would be foolish enough to jump out a two story window?" he snapped in response without thinking, finding the assumption that he even would to be an insult.

Without even taking a moment to think Carson responded "The kind of girl who breaks into an all males dorm not only once but twice, might be that foolish."

Pointing it out made Raven go silent in response, though he wanted to argue this Carson did have a reasonable point. It did appear that Raven had broken into the dorms twice now and this time even worse being in their room.

Having the first time Carson had seen Raven in this form he assumed Raven was someone's girlfriend. Though now that he was in their room there was no telling what Carson was assuming he was doing since he knew Raven didn't have a girlfriend or anything close to that but he wasn't going to be considered a criminal.

"I'm not... I'm not breaking in" Raven tries defend himself in a sheepish manner unable to come up with any reasons though as to how and why he was in the room.

"Then what were you doing?" He asked and patiently waited for a response but just like he assumed Raven didn't have a one only making him irritated knowing the girl was only trying to waste his time now.

"Okay I'm done with this," Turning the door handle he announced himself before he entered, "Coming in dressed or not" Carson snarled as he opened the door once more no longer caring to play this game behind the door not hearing Raven moving around anymore. He also somewhat assumed that Raven may have actually attempt to go out the window and he didn't want that to happen.
