The Darkened Night

The house is eerily quiet. As I crept around in what looked like a living room. It's a big room with a couch in the far right corner. Suddenly I can hear something behind me! "Why are you here?" The voice sounded hard and a little bit amused!

Shit!... The foot steps stopped. I don't know where, but I know this perso. is closer than before!

???:"Are you going to answer me?"

Shit I've been caught! "I-I-I'm s-s-sorry!" I stuttered. I want to turn around, but I'm scared to. I can hear the old wood creek eerily under this person's feet! Is he walking to me?! I thought.

???:"Who are you? Turn around and face me!" This person sounded angry that I hadn't turned to look. I need to find a way to escape!

I look around with my eye and try as hard as I can not to turn my head. If I turn my head even in the slightest way this person may attack me, and know I'm trying to escape! I look around only using my eyes. Out of the corner of my eye I can see a set of stairs! Maybe if I run up the stairs quick enough I can find a way to escape!

???: If you don't turn and face me then I will have to take drastic messures." As this person said this i got chills running down my spine. It sounds like a male voice! I need to hurry if I'm going to atleast try to escape! I can hear the wooden floor creek and I knew he was coming closer to me!

As, I could hear him coming closer I ran. As fast as I could! Where am I gonna go?! The stairs creaked as I ran up them, and I can hear a sudden burst of laughter! Why is he laughing?!

I'm scared!

As I get to the top of the stairs I can hear him running after me! HURRY! HURRY! I pushed myself to run faster than I have ever ran before. The hallway I am going down is dark and I can't see anything in the darkness! I'm scared of the dark! Stop it! You need to get away! In the darkness I can see a small light shining under a crack! Maybe that's a door and I can escape! I pushed myself harder and flung the door open! It's the moonlight that shone through the window.

I can hear that he is close to the door! I heard his thumping BOOM of steps as he ran after me. The window is shut! I don't care at this point I knew that if I stayed here something terrible will happen to me! I flung myself through the window. I can feel the sharp glass stab through my skin. My body wasn't fully through the window when I felt my head and shoulders hit the roof.

I rolled onto the roof! I can't stop rolling! Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain on my head. Everything went black. The last thing I thought was the sky has darkened, but in the middle of my vision I could see how bright and purely the big moon's light had showed.
