AXEL
"Today is Saturday, Gi, I am ready." I am talking to Gina on the phone.
"An, you sure with this? You'll get in trouble for this, argh." Gina.
I know what Gina wants to say but she can't. She knows how sure I am.
"If ever you come home earlier than I do just leave the lights open." I reminded her and end the call.
9 o'clock in the evening, he will come.
My phone rings while I am busy looking at myself in the mirror.
I intentionally make him ring the phone longer and missed his calls.
Then I picked it up.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey, ready? I am already at your front gate."
Actually, I am not in our house. I don't know whose house is this but I know the owner is often out of town.
I went down and gradually open the door and have him the evilest smile, he is not bothered tho, he seems to like it more.
We came to this club somewhere in Ortigas.
The typical dirty strip drinking club. Loud, smokes, ladies.
It is the typical dirty strip drinking club.
"Dara, you fine?" Tim asked me.
"I-I am okay hehe, I am n-not j-just used to t-this kind o-of place. F-first time." I lied while trying to stutter.
"Oh, that is fine. Dara, I am here just stick tone." Then he winked.
I wanted to laugh and puke at him. What a lame line and move plus I want to roll my eyes, he is more suffocating me with his arms around me than the smoke here.
But I just smiled.
His arms loosen when he waved to someone upstairs. His friends.
"Hey, new girl?" The guy in red asked.
"And last girl, Jade." Tim answered.
Jade laughed secretly as if knowing that is his usual move to keep the girl clinging to him.
Tim looked at me, I pretended to look shy and happy about what he said.
Ugh, ew disgusting.
After introducing me he assists me while sitting.
We were talking about random stuff.
"So, where did you met Tim?" Kayl asked one of his friends.
"Uhm, in the mall, in the bookstore specifically. We got the same book by accident. I thought he was a snob and arrogant because of the way he just left as if no one was about to get it too. I somehow got annoyed by the way he acted and that was the last book."
"Then he came back carrying a plastic bag with the book and giving it to me. At first, I told him that I'll pay him but instead, he asked for my number as payment. I gave it, hahaha." I shyly said.
"What is unexpected in the story is that Tim is in a bookstore? A bookstore? Woooow hahaha." Liam teased him.
"Shut up, Liam" He coolly said then wrapped his arms around my waist again, tighter. Argh.
Is he an octopus?
"We'll just dance." His friends went down.
Tim nodded and I smiled at them.
"Drink?" He offered me.
I accepted the drink and intentionally spurt it on his face.
"Fuc---" He paused in shock.
