Waking up five years after the Virus Outbreak had started, Tang Yongrui has to work from the ground up to ascend from the Mortal Realm to the Transcendence Realm, rebuild his sect, and annihilate the zombies that ruined his life.

<p>Before I could potentially kill myself by stacking my Skills and further infecting myself with the virus, a hand suddenly grabbed me by my shoulders, gripping it tightly. The hand didn't belong to anyone I know. At first, I thought that the hand belonged to one of the cultivators that belonged to the Battalions but upon seeing the clothes of the person grabbing me, I realized that my thoughts were hugely misplaced.</p>

<p>"Young Master Yongrui, you don't have to do that." The man told me. the weirdest thing wasn't the fact that he was suddenly grabbing me by the shoulder, the weirdest part was that he actually appeared out of thin air. Even though I'm not using my Time Element at the moment, I should've sensed him approaching me even if it's just by a little. But no, one moment there was no one there, the next moment he was there.</p>
