<p>Held every year, the Black Spirit Tournament is an all-out war within the multiple households all over the Higher Plane. Since the Black Spirit Sect is the supreme ruler of the entire Higher Plane, the other households couldn't match the Black Spirit Sect at all, and that's why households held tournaments against each other to pass the time and to see which household is the best. The Black Spirit Sect then caught wind of the tournament and offered a grand prize to the winner of the yearly tournament. Not only would the winner get premium items and consumables that would aid in their cultivation, but the entire household of the winner would also be taken right under the wing of the Black Spirit Sect. That means they would have an edge against the other households and would become a permanent part of the Black Spirit Sect.</p>
