Concerns of Telriah and Time (3)

The world moved slower here and yet that only assuaged the feeling of loss and heartfelt longing. Each moment that went by had made her hope, pray and wish that he would return. That he would come back for her and fill in the indisputable void that marred her soul.

But he never did.

Well… that was fine too. If he couldn't make it back here on his own, then it meant that she'd only need to find a way to bring him back, didn't she? A smile cracked on her face.

That was the plan.

She held a hand over her chest and clutched it tightly. "We have a bond, we have a bond."

The woman would turn the tides, no—the entire world and universe to just see him again. Grief and regret engulfed her soul, but a part of her knew that when he disappeared over the lights and she avenged him, that he wasn't truly gone.

A part of her was convinced.
