CHAPTER TWO

..."who are you talking about?" I asked Tisha feeling like I've just been punked while searching through the crowd of people.

"He was right there I swear" she said looking like she was about to catch a fit.

"Look, let's just get back to our dorm, unpack and I'll try to forget about your very funny prank" I chuckled.

"But I swear he was right there Amelia, I swear!" Tisha protest.

"Ok, I believe you" I joked as I guided her out the door.

Our walk back to our dorm was pretty quiet. I don't know whether to feel bad for not seeing this imaginary guy or to feel bad because I honestly feel like the chick punked me. But I know she means well, I guess. I love my cousin, ever since I got here she's been trying to get me to go out with her boyfriend's friends but I am not having it.

Tisha's boyfriend attends the same university as us and get this, he plays college football and is pretty good from what i hear. But his friends are dumbass whose only interest is sex. So not my type.

"This is stupid, I don't even get why you're even worked up on your own little joke" I said as soon as we walk through our dorm to get to our room.

"I WAS NOT LYING, the guy was looking at you the way Jumari looks at me" she said while tearing her boxes to unpack.

"Love, comon, I wasn't even cute today" I joked while looking at myself in the mirror.

My hair was in a fuzzy bun, I wore a black skinny parker jeans and a large black and white converse hoodie that matched with my black and white converse shoe and my large pink leather converse hand bag.

"You always look cute, even when you choose to wear baggy clothes" she said while tugging on my hoodie. Awe! She complemented me...

"Ok, well if this mystery dude is as real as you say he is, then what does he look like" I asked, why do I want to believe her?

"ok" she said, ushering for me to sit on her bed, 'brown hair, blue eyes, tall but fit, he looks kind of familiar, like I've seen him before, maybe with Jumari and his friends, I think"

"Uuuggghhhh, you are not going to try and hook me up with another one of Jumari's dumbass friends, come on Tish, his friends are players, that's like throwing me to the dogs" I said, getting annoyed at her.

"Believe me sister, this is no hook up, I know what I saw and we will see him again, even if I have to find him myself " I rolled my eyes at what she just said, while she made a dramatic exit to the bathroom.

I'm not looking for any relationship that I would have to invest my everything in, my heart is cold, all because of my dumbass ex-boyfriend.
