Some People Are Freaks

Lying on a pool of his own sweat — both in the world of his Soul Land and outside — Mateus had secured a strong enough Understanding of Water to hold back the sun from becoming a threat.

'Ok… ok...' Mateus thought as he took deep breaths. A cursory look of his Soul Land revealed that it had increased by several times its original size.

'I just need a little more Soul Force to fix all the damage that was done and by then, this aberrant Yang Affinity Representation should submit to me,' he thought.

He cleared his mind and continued to meditate until the waters he could manifest in his Soul Land began literally washing away the cracks in his soul. The sun of Yang, locked firmly in a small sea's worth of water began extinguishing until all that was left was an orange-white light of similar size and feel to Mateus' Water Affinity Representation.

At the moment of truth, over a day after he had been forced into this cultivation session to save his life, Mateus released the hold his water had on his Yang Affinity Representation and…

Nothing happened.

No new sun rose to replace the old one without his will, nor did his body's vitality rush to fuel his Yang Affinity Representation.

He had tamed the Yang Affinity Representation through and through.

'Success!' Mateus slumped over to lie on the ground spread eagle.

"Finally, I can sleep—"

Crash!

He was cut off by the loud noise his door made from being forced open so harshly. There, standing with a crazed look in her eyes was the rapidly disrobing form of his roommate, approaching Mateus with desire and intent so obvious it was unsettling.

"Oi!" Mateus jumped to his feet and began backing away like the cornered prey he was as he asked, "The fuck is wrong with you?" As his survival instincts kicked into high gear from the extreme feeling of predation she gave off, he barely even paid any attention to the fact that she was now completely naked as she continued to approach.

"We can talk later." In one moment, she was over ten feet away and in the next, she was straddling him and pulling at his pants as she said, "I've lived most of my life dreading that this moment would never come."

"Yeah, I can't really say I feel the same way," Mateus said as he tried and failed to push her off. After spending over a day trying to not die from internal combustion or vitality loss, having not even indulged in so much as a wink of sleep, he probably couldn't even fight at half his normal combat prowess; nevermind push past his limits and to challenge someone he now clearly recognized to be in the Saint Stage.

"Don't fight it," she said before plunging headfirst into his lips and stealing his first kiss. "Even if you didn't like me before, after tonight you won't be able to resist me," she grinned psychotically at his dazed expression.

"Bitch..." Mateus slurred his words as he said, "This… this is hella sus."

Before blacking out the last thing he remembered was a fire erupt from his loins.

Several hours later, Mateus woke up with his eyes snapping open.

"Ngh..." Mateus, now paying more attention to his surroundings than his Status, felt the weight pressing down on his chest shift. He suddenly became aware of his very nude state as well as that of his very, very… aggressive roommate's who had turned to face away from him in her sleep.

He almost couldn't feel mad at her.

"Tch," Mateus clicked his tongue as he sat up and looked at the absolute state of his room. There were cracks littering the walls, the floor, and somehow, even the ceiling. The bed, which she had eventually brought him to, was completely undone with pillow cases missing and the comforter on the other side of the room completely.

Whatever had gone down, it had been wild.

"And I wasn't conscious for any of it!" Mateus felt like screaming into one of his pillows.

He settled for taking a shower. After all, before he had lost consciousness — and apparently missed the best night of his life — he had literally been sitting in a pool of his own sweat. At the moment, he smelled god-awful. In all honesty, he struggled to understand how anyone would have wanted to go for a romp in the hay with him as he had been.

'Some people are freaks,' he shuddered more from the thought than the cold water that sprinkled from his shower to cleanse his body.

Mateus stood under the cold shower for minutes, thoughts in disarray as he tried to figure out what to do about the whole ordeal. The truth was, with his newfound Understanding of Water, he could have had himself completely squeaky clean with just his Energy in fractions of a second. The reason he came to the shower was more to get away from his roommate and hopefully figure out what to do going forward.

"Good morning, big guy," as expected with his luck, before he found a solution, she had decided to intrude on his not-so personal shower and wrap herself around him in a hug.

Immediately, he grabbed the arms that had wrapped him from behind and threw them to the side. Clearly upset by his frown, Mateus turned around to her shock and said, "Who the fuck do you think you are?"

"Wha— Why?" She looked hurt, despite it being almost impossible for him to physically wound her given the disparity in their cultivation bases.

"Why what?" Mateus snapped at her. "Do you think I appreciate what you did? Did you expect me to simp out and take you as my queen or some other bullshit just 'cause you fucked me?"

"But, your Cultivation Base! I gave you my Primal Yin Essence!" She had tears in her eyes.

"Huh?" Mateus looked at her like she was dirt. "Did I ask for that? Or did some girl whose name I don't even know force herself on me when I was at my weakest?"

As she started to openly sob with a hateful look directed at him, Mateus narrowed his eyes. 'She's not even a little sorry for what she did,' he thought as he passed her, used his energy to instantly clear his body of any water particles, and went over to his room to get dressed and leave.

Right now, the thought of being anywhere near his "roommate" disgusted him.
