30: davy back fight

After winning the second davy back fight luffy was about to choose the person when nami interrupts and says to pick the other captain as he would then make them lose but the crowd then shames her calling them peanuts as this is against pirate aesthetics making her cry into robins embrace. Luffy then chooses shelly the horse of the old man he met when exploring the island instead of chopper, leaving him crying his eyes out

"Sorry chopper! We will win the next game and get you back! So just hang on a little more! You're a man right?! Got a problem with that?!"

Luffy said which caused chopper to calm down and take what happened bravely. The next game started and it was a roller skating race where the total number of laps each person does is added together and the final result is the winner. Alex was forced to join the games as the crew needed another scorer as they were short one snd didn't want to let foxy who offered to let them have a person participate twice have the satisfaction. Alex as she was sitting on the bench turned and looked at foxy

"If you use your powers on me ill castrate you and shove them down your throat before sending you into the ocean with fish bait strapped to you! Understood?"

Casuing foxy to shrink back with tears and snot running down his face as he agreed ti the terrifying person in front of him. Luffy is unable to stand on his skates causing the opposing team to laugh as moving with skates is essential for the race, alex seeing this say to luffy

"If you win this race ill convince sanji to cook as much meat as you can eat on the next island we make it to"

This caused luffy to miraculously be able to race past porche who was in the lead and wins the first round with five laps. The second round nami almost wins but she and the rest are knocked out by porche using hypnosis letting her team win with one lap. In the third round they were losing as the opponent got 13 laps easily as he is a cheetah, and sanji remembers him smelling luffy as of he was attracted to something on luffy. Thinking about it he realized that the cheetah is a cat and was smelling the fruit the old horse guy gave luffy as thanks for saving his horse, this caused him ti send zoro for more fruits. Zoro ends up cutting the tree down and it land on the course chiqicheetah leaves the course to run i to the tree causing his score to be reset as he was disqualified, letting Usopp win.

The fourth round nami notices that whenever foxy is insulted he becomes depressed and decoded that if they saw him use his powers they would insult him making it so he cant affect robin who was racing. Luffy knocks the opposing racer out after he was finally able to use his slates wothout food as a bribe letting robin race without worries. Foxy seeing that they are winning rushes towards robin to use his powers but as soon as s he does Nami and Usopp tag team him with insults to make face plant into depression and compliments to stamd up in pride, this causes foxy to be to busy standing snd falling to be able to use his powers letting robin win.

The final round is alex and a fishman with swords attached to his arms, but unlike the other round the foxy pirates didnt send any defenders like they did in previous rounds. As the race starts alex immediately has a headstart being almost as fast as the cheetah leaving her opponent far behind, foxy gets up to use his slow slow beam after plugging his ears so he cant hear nami and usopp insulting or complementing him. Alex dodges all the beams aimed at her until she notices another aimed at the sword guy behind her and sees him bounce it off his sword towards her, she manages to dodge by doing a sideways flip and continues on after yelling at foxy

"If you continue ill make sure to keep my promise to you!"

But unfortunately he had his ears plugged.

Alex manages to win the race easily after robin stopped foxy from using her powers by bending his finger backwards and then making him use his powers on himself. Luffy takes chopper back from the foxy pirates leaving them in a draw, foxy seeing this offered to do another game as there are no draws in the world of pirates, ots either win and take all or lose and lose all no in between. Luffy agrees causing nami and usopp to beat him up.

The next game was dodge ball with a twist as the balls hurt a lot. It starts by two people doing a jump ball which was luffy and chopper for the crew in which they win and sent the ball flying into foxy's face making them think he's eliminated but faec shot don't count. Nami retrieves the balls and hand them to alex and zoro as they are the physically strongest members other than luffy who is as strong as them, and they send the ball flying into the enemies knocking groups out with each ball.

Robin uses her powers to return the ball to their team and luffy makes himself a slingshot eliminating another group of people with the ball. Chopper almost manages to knock a group out but they are caught by the gorilla man making their team have both balls, they n]then give the balls to big pan to throw and he only manages to knock Usopp and a other group of people from their tea, out as the rest dodge the ball.

Robin uses her devil fruit to knick the gorilla man out by bring a ball onto his back and bouncing it off his head, leaving him and foxy shocked at what she did. She managed to get away with it as the top of the head counts in the game even if the rest doesn't. Nami gives the ball to sanji to finish of foxy who was the last in the court, but the females on foxy's crew gather and seduce the laughably seduce able sanji inti giving them the ball instead , which he does without question before letting them knock him out of the game.

Foxy then bring out a cannon that is made specifically for this game, and had porche use her hypnosis making the crew shit their eyes to not be affected and foxy shoots at zoro. Zoro being the swordbrain he is cuts the ball in two getting himself disqualified as destroying the ball is mot allowed, letting foxy gain another ball. He then shoots at luffy with the highest speed and power he was able to but he dodges it, and it hits a member in the outer ring and bounces back at luffy causing chopper to jump in the way in his guard point and block the ball. The ref is confused if he is out or not as they couldn't tell where it hit, but from the looks of choppers face that is the best bet. The crowed roars at them saying that if they are men they would allow him to get by with a face shot to which the old chief ref agrees letting chopper get by from the hit, but chopper rolled out of bounds with the shot as well leaving only alex and luffy in the ring.

luffy was about to throw at foxy so he stretches his arm back to throw and porche grabs the ball from his hand shocking him, and the rest of the people in the outer ring grab balls and they start shuffling them behind their back making it so luffy and alex wont be able to tell which was the real ball. Foxy the. Tell them to throw all the balls and luffy tries to catch them all as if he does that it doesnt matter which was the real one as cstches eliminate the throw, and foxy uses this chance to fire at luffy. Nami yells at him to take it to the face as his arms were full but Alex being the total badass that she is manages to catch it with one arm like aomine leaving the crowd amazed, she then hands the ball to luffy to give him the honours of eliminating the final opponent. Luffy learning his lesson from last time twists his body around amd uses the motion of him untwisting to send the ball flying at insane speeds at foxy and sent him and his cannon flying out of the ring, making the starwhats the winners of this round.

The next game was red light green light with weapons allowed, alex and luffy were lucky enough not to participate in this round and were able to watch with the rest if the spectators. Alex watched them race and couldn't help but marvel at sanji's stupidity making it to the stop light but leaving without touching him as he heard a girl scream and then kicking hamburg into the stop light causing hit to win.

Foxy chooses to take chopper again leaving the crew upset as even if they win the next game they would only ba able to choose either chopper or robin, alex seeing everyone stress about this says

"You know if both captains agree you cam increase the amount you cam choose when you win. If luffy wins he can pick robin and chopper, but the other way works as well, If luffy loses them he cam choose two of us to join him."

Causing luffy to agree instantly and nami went to talk to foxy where she bet six people in the game making so that if he wins he gets the whole of luffy's crew, foxy agrees and adds 500 men to it rather than the six Nami offered. The crew gathered in the crowd to watch the match between luffy and foxy which is a 1v1 fight to knock the other out of bound of the ring placed around the foxy ship.

Alex sat enjoying the show with all the candy and snacks she could steal on her way to the stands and watches as luffy is instantly hit with a slow slow beam and foxy uses this chance to hit luffy as much as possible and sneak i ti his ship as the effects of the hit take effect launching luffy almost out of bounds before he sling back in. Watching the fight wasn't as exciting as alex expected as luffy wasn't able to hit fixy before he was affected by his slow slow fruit or sent object at him with his slow slow fruit, he also kept hiding after each attack he made before launching a sneak attack.

Seeing as she has total confidence in luffy she turns to the girl next to her and asks

"Can i use your lap as a pillow? I want to catch some shut eye and having a heavenly pillow with such beauty would be excellent."

This caused her to blush but agree anyways, and she watched as alex fell asleep as soon as she lay her head down with a content smile on her face.

As she was sleeping comfortably alex was woken by the girl screaming as the stands they were sitting collapsed due to the foxy pirates freaking out that foxy lost to luffy, this caused alex to get up quickly, grab the girl and jump to the ground away from the collapsing stand. The girl looked st alex breathlessly as alex turned to her

"Are you alright? You not hurt anywhere right?"

Whcih caused the girl to blush red as a tomato before stammering out that she was fine amd she was going to check in her friemds before she ram away in embarrassment at her inability to talk to alex normally. Alex joins her crew again as luffy chooses chopper and robin as the prize for the fight, he also took their jolly roger and pick random 500 people. Luffy after choosing the 500 people orders them as their captain to get off his crew, causing them to chase after foxy to rejoin his crew leaving the strawhats and the inldman with the horse as the last on the island.
