15 Year old Daniel lives his life as a regular high school student would, with a decent social status and relations with everyone in school. Everything appears fine for him. However in reality he looks upon everything he does in school as nothing more than a waste of time and disregards his peers as fools in his head, isolating his heart from those around him. Until he meets Jasmine, a girl who has the intellect and wit to match his cynicism. Read as their high school journey progresses. Will Daniel finally find someone he can open up to?

Michael:" Really that expression you've got there, it reminds me a lot of you two years ago on that day." 


Daniel:" I didn't get rejected though?" 


Michael:" I meant the expression, not the situation. Anyway care to explain what happened? You come home from your parent's place looking all sad and gloomy, you can't expect us not to ask you about it." 


Daniel:" Yeah, I actually need someone to talk to about this one." 


Michael was speechless for a second before he started chuckling to himself. 


Michael:" Sorry it's just... seeing you asking for help like this really surprises me and also makes me feel much more at ease that you're relying on us more and not going off on your own again." 


I asked him with a hinge of confusion in my voice.
