Chapter 13

Chester

Something doesn't feel right. My wolf is being giddy as hell. Well, I really do not want to leave my mate all alone but the last time we were under attack it didn't end well, and I do not want to experience it again. I want him to be somewhere far from all the fighting and safe from any harm. Still I can't shake the feeling that there is something that doesn't feel right.

Then out of nowhere dark clouds loom over us, completely covering the whole town. The air feels dangerous as it violently whirl around the place, then thunder booms while flash of lightning strike down. Crap! That is so fucking scary!!!! Oh my God, what is happening??

The rougues run frantically completely terrified, but a lot of them were not lucky enough to escape. Lightning strike them from nowhere, then the others were harshly thrown around by violent gush of winds. Suddenly the ground shook hard bringing all us in our knees. Then after a minute or two, it all stop.

Like seriously, as if nothing happened..

But not really, by the looks of the whole place where some trees which were completely uprooted or some branches that has been torn apart and scattered everywhere.

Then I felt Nico's fear hit me. I gasp and my wolf growl loudly making the others shake from fear. I'm seeing red, and I know that whoever hurt him will be dead if I ever see him.

I run fast to where he is, letting the bond pull me towards him. But I never thought that my brother will be already with them. I shifted and walk towards Nico, me and my wolf wanted to feel him in our arms and let him know that he is safe.

"Are you okay?" I ask as I hug him tightly.

I feel him nod, turning around I saw my brother inspecting three males who are butt naked. Huh?!

"Who are they?" I ask.

Trenton look at me with a blank face, and let out a deep sigh. "They are one of the rogues that attacked us today."

"Eh? Are you sure?? Damn those rogues, I never peg them to recruit humans to do their--" I was cut suddenly by my brother.

"They're not human before Chess, they are like us werewolves. But someone suddenly attack them taking their wolf away."

My eyes widen and my breathing hitch. I never thought that I would be so scared like what I'm feeling now.

"But how? Can someone actually do that?" I ask.

"I'm not sure. That's why I'm asking Nicholai and Kimmton because they are the one who were here when I arrived." He said.

I felt Nico grew tense, and Kim shuffle a little edging away from my brother.

"But I never thought that I would discover something. A very important information that I should have known before, no Kimmton?" Trenton said with cold voice. Kim whimper and I saw tears started to flow from his eyes. Then Deathon suddenly arrive pulling Kimmton towards him, as Kim started to sob.

"Trent, bro just please hear us out. We want to tell you..we really do but--" Deathon starts but Trenton started yelling at him.

"But what! Huh? What kind of lie do you want to tell on my face next? That his an alien? For fuck sake De!! I am your Alpha and God damn it... I'm also your brother!!" He yell loudly, using his Alpha voice making us cower from him. My wolf is whimpering inside of me and some of werewolf near us were on the ground crying. Ugh... I never want to see Trenton become so angry because as an alpha he can do a lot of damage just by yelling. I'm serious. A pissed off Alpha is a force to be reckoned with.

And I felt sorry to Deathon, he is on his knees while clutching a crying Kimmton beside him.

"I'm not going to throw you away Kim, even if you think I would because of what you are. You are one of us now, a family and I care for you like a brother. I'm just angry that you won't trust me enough to tell me about yourself. Do I not look trustworthy enough for you?" Trenton softly said as he crouched down in front of my brother with a gentle expression in his face. Trenton is really a great guy. And a very kind Alpha, no wonder the whole pack love and respect him.

"I'm sorry.., I'm sorry.." Kim softly whisper between hiccups. As Deathon run his hand to Kim's back, helping him to calm down.

Okay, I honestly do not know what's happening but I knew if I start talking I will only make things worse. So like a good boy I clump my mouth shut.

"But if the two of you are not the one who attack them, then who is it? Who is capable of doing such..." Trenton said, completely lost. All of us remain quiet, no one really know what to say.

"That must be me," a familiar voice said.

"Rafael Constantine."

Nicholai

I never saw him before. But it seems he is a very powerful man, or boy. I'm not sure about that. He looks fifteen or thirteen but Chester told me he is much older than he looks. Being a vampire making his looks remain the same when he was turn.

Anyways, we were all sitting in the Blackwood's living room.Trenton is pacing back and forth mumbling something in himself, while we were eyeing Rafael Constantine nervously. I can feel Chester was truly shaken from what we have learned from this guy. If he can remove the wolf of any werewolves then he is very dangerous. To all of them.

But truthfully, I never heard a vampire who can do such thing. I know they have some supernatural powers depending from their latent abilities but to change an specie to another one is something not even a god can do.

All of us were born the way we are. And no one can change that for us. Its truly impossible, now that I think about it.

"You are right Nicholai." A soft voice suddenly speak.

"Huh?" I ask. Then Trenton stop pacing and glare at Rafael.

"You need to start talking Rafael because I do not have any patience left for you. A lot happened today and I'm already tired, so now start explaining." Trenton hissed at Rafael.

"Okay..okay..Geez, your being such a spoil sport." He huff angrily as he pout and lean his head to his seat. "I do not actually removed their wolf, okay that is ridiculous and stupid. No one can actually do that. You lot were born with your wolf and no one can change that fact. Actually a lot of wizards and witches research about that. They wanted to search of a way in separating the wolf from your human body but they're never successful."

"If you do not remove them, then what did you to them. Because I know from what I've seen, they do not have their wolf inside of them when I checked them." Kimmton suddenly burst out.

"Oh, Kim its been so long since we talk. Finally you told them about you."

"Rafe, please don't you ever change the subject you always do that. Just say what you have done so we can all move on!" Kim snap angrily. Wow, I never saw Kim become so angry before. And he is so freaking scary! I tell you! His eyes turn red and started to glow not to add his face become freakishly scary, and its not helping that the whole room grew more tense.

Rafael laugh shakily, while his hands tremble a little. I raise my brow and snort. Now his scared. He must heard me because he suddenly turn at me and glare icily. Chester growl at him while his grip at me tighten.

"Okay, I will tell you." Rafael started with slouch shoulders. "I just knocked their wolf down, okay. Making them paralyzed for a while. Well, if I do it to their human side they might be in coma right now. But because I targeted them when they were in wolf form, I think their wolf took the damage. But it will worn out eventually and because they are werewolf, they might become normal again after a month."

"Oh.."

"Geez, I never wanted to take part in your ridiculous fights anyway. I just wanted to come when I heard that Chester's mate came out as half God and half Fae. That is something different. And I wanted to see him. I never saw a hybrid with that kind of combination before, and I become curious. I never thought that I will be put in a middle of all of this. But I guess you still look a normal human, huh?" He suddenly said as he eye me up and down. And I become somewhat nervous.

"Do not look him like that Rafael. He is mine! Leave him alone!" Chester growl at him.

"Yeah, dude! Geez, what's with you werewolves! So possessive! There is nothing wrong in looking huh? Oh well,. I need to get going. Your scent is killing me!! Ugh.."

Trenton suddenly burst out laughing, even Deathon. Well its funny how Rafael looks like with his scrunched nose like a little kid, that he is. Then we all stand up and led him towards the door, now that I see him standing Rafael looks exactly a boy on his 12 or 13. His height just barely 5 foot. He is so small. Wow, and he is feared through out the Supernatural World. To think that he almost looks like an angel, when he is not talking. Obviously.

"Looks can be deceiving Nicholai. Be warned. Yes I can read thoughts, Nico. All of them knew that. And to all of you guys, especially to you Trenton. I know about that message. The one from the Moon Goddess. And actually its kind of a written prophecy that wrote by a very powerful Seer hundreds of years ago. And maybe, just maybe all of this might be coming to an end soon. And Selena might win or you guys. No one can really tell what will happen next. But I believe to you, guys. And I am sure that you will win. And I'm also hopeful that you will find your mate soon, Trenton." He said as he slowly vanish into thin air.

We all remain rooted from where we were standing no one wanted to break the silence. While we all process what he said.

"Who likes pizza?"
