Chapter 27

“I think we’re done preparing for the ball” I said exhaling through my mouth.

“You’re amazing” Rebecca said leaning over giving me a hug.

“No I’m not. I only supervise whatever you guys did and most fo time, order lunch. We all did it as a team”

“you’re right, thank you all” Rebecca smiled at Daniel and Camila. Throughout the weeks, I’ve spending more time with Rebecca and I’ve cam to notice some subtle hint that she’s not fond of Camila. For example, Rebecca would pretend to forget that Camila is in the room by ignoring her. This of course was hint of jealousy but why would Rebecca be jealous of Camila?

“Alrighty, we have to go to cheerleading practice” and soon after, Cam and Rebecca left.

“So how was your date?” I nudge Daniel making him yelped.

“uh I don’t want to talk about it” his expression changed becoming sullen. His face turned pale with empty eyes.
