Eat Your Heart Out

On a rainy day Rhisa sent Peeta to get Dailey mushrooms from the village market. It was for one of his favorite foods,Mushroom soup.He scurried out of the house and into the heavy drizzle. He would always walk as though he was being watched by everyone in turn having to watch his steps and movements as if there was a motherboard of paranoia added to his mortal coil without consent from him. There were lines to infinity each filled with food items mounted by the sellers mostly middle aged women. The drizzle got light once he reached the market as though it was tuned to his convenience andswiftness of accomplishing the errand. He walked up to a kiosk; "May I have three rolls of Dailey mushrooms?" Peeta asked. The grinch look alike seller responded; "What you love so much will cost you your life". He stepped back almost frightened by those very words the food seller uttered; he felt a tickle run down his very spine to his throat; fear. She then laughed aloud like a jester would when initiating a mistake in one of his jokes. "Oh come off it young boy, it was a mere joke, here are your rolls.

Do tell your mother to keep some of that delicious soup she's preparing!"; she exclaimed. Startled once more at what he thought was an unconditional depravity, he asked how she knew what the ingredient was for. "It's the common need of it..Mushroom soup" she said excitedly. He gave her three orkals for it and collected it be free trudging away into the still cold air just left by the drizzle to serve as a reminder of the little evaporation of the clouds.

The soup was done in no time but something lingered all through the sumptuous smacking of Peetas lips as he kicked every bit of his favorite. something seemed strange with that old woman and it excited him in a fear driven way.
