So, after picking Liling up from the ground and dropping her off in her house, I waited on her… And waited again for her to wake up. However, she didn't—for a really long time.

Well, it's not like she didn't wake up for two-three days or something, but it sure felt like it. After the first hour of waiting around, I felt immensely bored and cleaned her house for fun. However, I did it in thirty minutes. I wonder why I wasn't able to do this in my previous life. If I could, my humble room would've looked amazing as hell.

Anyhow, once that was done with, I basically had nothing to do. In the next hour, I started feeling bad for Goldy, Guo Ning and the lackeys—the workforce, since they had to wait on me for a week or so. An hour seems difficult, so I wonder how they managed a week. Well, it's not like they had nothing to do. Even Goldy tried conversing with someone other than me, so yea.

Wait, was Goldy always able to talk with other people? I feel like I'm missing something.

Anyhow, with Goldy constantly blabbing beside me, I could survive for another hour or two. However, even with a blabbermouth like Goldy in my side, the conversation didn't last that long.

[Hey, who are you calling a blabbermouth? You are the blabbermouth!]

{That might be the case. However, please refrain from barging into a past tense monologue like this. People will get confused.}

[Ah, love seeing you delusional like this. People, as if! Do you think there's anyone listening to our banter?]

[Well, I worry that the girl will wake up sometime soon. So, I didn't want her to hear me as well.]

Six hours. That's the length it took for her to wake up. I guess she slept in the meantime as well. This woman! There's a guest waiting for you to wake up, you know? Not even a thanks-

"Thank you." Liling suddenly opened her mouth as she put the tea that I made for her on the table.

"Huh?"

"I said thank you." She repeated.

[Not really.]

{Then how come she said thank you at the exact time I was talking about it?}

[Probably some sort of coincidence.]

I took a deep breath in before giving out a smile on my face. "No worries. I did what I could." I replied.

I thought that since she was a tsundere, it would be difficult for her to act appreciative of it, however, seems like she's a sensible tsundere… Wait, doesn't that break the concept? Is she even a tsundere? Maybe she's an occasional tsundere, who knows..

"Hmm, I could've beat you if you gave me a little more time, you know?" She pouted as she spoke.

"Yup, you would've." I agreed with her on that.

Had she been rational about it initially, she would've found it a lot easier for her. And even in the end, I won because I could use my skill. Had she found out that I saw through her and evaded me, it would've been a lot more difficult since I haven't used the skill twice on a fight. That would've been unfamiliar territory. Who knows what would've happened then?

Seeing that I complimented her when she least expected, she suddenly blushed. Who would've thought that this woman acts cute like this when they saw her in the game? Well, it's for me to witness and oh boy, doesn't that feel good!

"Hmpf. So, why did you heal me? Surely you got an ulterior motive." She scoffed.

"Yup, I do have that." I nodded my head.

"What?" She looked shocked as I said that.

I guess she expected me to say something by the lines of 'No, I did it on my own volition, with no ulterior motives.' But that would be a blatant lie, wouldn't it? I don't wanna deceive her, you know?

"Well, I did say that I had a request for you? That would be my ulterior motive." I replied.

"Oh, I see. Is that so? I thought…" Her voice trailed off as she spoke.

She looked so dejected just because I said that I have ulterior motives. This woman!

"You thought?" I asked.

Since I came this far with the conversation, I teased her a bit as well since it's fun for me.

"Wah, I thought nothing." She tried covering it up; unsuccessfully, of course. It isn't difficult to understand what she's thinking when her face reveals it all.

"Hmm.. I see. I believe you." I smiled.

Again, I believe this is against the conventional route of teasing the person until she tells it, but I just want her to get frustrated for now.

"Ha." She sighed since it didn't go the way she wanted. "So, what is your request?" She asked.

I smiled as brightly as possible. "Liling. Be my woman!" I said, as she blushed hard.
