Thanks for referring me to this case .It's great I still know that you trust the way I work Liza .

"You can do it so I referred you attorney Brown ,it's nothing personal in case you think it is ."

Alright then ,I have what you asked me for .I have finished with the paperwork for Melody's release .

All we have to do is to send this to the district court and seek the judge's approval for her release .

"Alright ,no need to waste time .Let's go now so that we start with the George Hoods ' case and finish up early " .

I will get the car ready ...

"After you then ...."

So what's up with you ? ,how are things here after I left ?

Any changes to your life and love ?

"Oh God ,can't believe that there's a traffic jam at this time ...she ignored his question and directed her gaze towards the window .

We are not strangers Liza .Once upon a time ,we had something doing and even if we are not not together anymore ,it doesn't mean we can't be friends .

Look Liza ,if you don't want me close to you then tell me so that I will keep my distance .I can leave the firm for Pangasinan so that you control the affairs over here and I will do same over there .

If you feel uncomfortable by my side ,then tell me because I won't hesitate to stay away from you . I don't want to trouble you anymore because already ,dad has left mum for another state because of their huge argument .

Their marriage is on the line and my mum can't even sleep properly because she doesn't want to get separated from my father .

A lot is happening and trust me, you are the last person i would think of to drag you into trouble .

Believe me Liza ,I want to see you happy even if it's not with me then the person who will have you will be lucky but then ,my feelings won't change for you .

Not today ,not tomorrow and not ever. It will still be the same.

Let's go ,I don't want to waste your time and forgive me if I talked too much .

"There's too much heat in here so put on your air conditioner and let's move out of here .We need to release Melody as soon as possible ."

"This air would be good for me ,Liza thought and still peeped through her window " .

'He got down and opened the door for her just like how ,a gentleman does .'

*****COURT RECEPTION ******

Hello,we are attorneys from Clinton's and Associates Law Firm and we here are to see Judge Paul Erics .

We have an appointment with him .

"Your ID's please .Alright , you may go in ,he's on the fifty floor ,second office on your immediate right ,the secretary said and they headed straight to the office ."

*Attorneys ,it's a pleasure meeting you once again .

'We are delighted to see you to ,judge Erics .We came here for your approval on Melody 's release .'

Alright then ,we are done here ,he said after granting her the release on her papers .She will be released in no time .

'Thank you judge Erics ,we will see you another day.'

Hey ,Melody ,the prison guard called out .You have visitors .

"Who are they ? ,she asked " .

Who do you think they will be ? ,the guard answered shabbily and Melody headed to the visitors area .

"Liza ,she called out and hugged her .So far ,she was her only friend .

Hi Clinton ,she said with a smile . "

Melody ,we have good news for you .The judge has issued your release so in no time you will be going back to your family at home .

Finally ,you will free and you will start your life all over again ,Liza happily said .

"Thank you Liza ,she hugged her in tears .You don't know how happy this makes me .

Finally ,I will see light and experience how it truly feels to be outside there having everything at your disposal .

I will be back home with family and all this is thanks to you ,Liza and you too Clinton ,for believing in me and giving me another chance .

I promise I will do something better with my life this time around .I won't waste it like I did earlier .I will not make all your efforts go in vain and I promise you that,I will be at your disposal each time you need me .

*The prison officer landed her bag on the table with a bang .

You are now free to go home ,these are your items .

I must say ,you've earned it .I hope you don't return again because you know it's not easy in here .

Good luck ,she said and left .*

" Once they got out of the prison ,her whole family was waiting for her arrival at the entrance .

The reunion was filled with joy and happiness including tears of joy ".

'Alright then Melody ,your family is here and we got to go because we have to attend to a case. '

Thank you Liza ,she hugged her one more time in tears .

My mum wants to throw a get together this evening at home and I hope you will come .

I hope you will be able to make it too Clinton and I'm sorry for what I put you through. Find a place in your heart and forgive me .

Liza ,don't miss the get together because you are an important factor of the evening .

I will see you soon ,she hugged and left in her dad's car .
