Two weeks later, Marcus sat around the small glass table at 17 ½ Devon Road across from Sasha Manderson, Kay Numbers and Antonio Sharpe to discuss strategy to become a Member of Parliament.

“Guys, I want a constituency that was fairly marginal with a relatively narrow margin that separated the parties. Additionally, let’s identify the delegates in that constituency along with the returning officer as well as who is the sitting member of parliament,” Marcus said.

“In addition to that, Marcus, we need to know the likely cost of getting you elected as the chairman of the constituency,” Antonio replied. “That is not all; once we identify the delegates, we need to do a needs analysis of the delegates and their families including that of the current residing officer and his deputy.”

Sasha laughed, “You guys are already late. I have identified a constituency in St. Catherine and I have the numbers of the delegates for both parties and where they reside.”
