Waited Day

"Hey... It's been days now when do you think we could get out of this place?" said someone inside the room.

"More than half of us have lost consciousness." someone also responded to the voice from the room.

They are only twenty of them left who are still barely conscious. No one on sight can be found standing or even moving from their place as they are about to die from exhaustion yet no one else died only to be lost consciousness even they are not eating nor drinking for days.

Even they are tired they are not losing hope.

Carlo who is the leader of thugs is enduring himself from exhaustion and hunger just to take care of his gangs who are still barely holding themselves.

Mike is lying at the wall preserving his energy to avoid himself from exhaustion.

Leo is in the middle of the room meditating also trying to save energy.

Everyone is trying their best to hold out waiting for their chance to escape.

If they only had a superb strength like those in the movies they would surely use it to blast a hole from the room to get out of here already.

The only chance for them if the people from the outside will open the door and use it as an opportunity to escape.

They waited for days yet there is no sign of someone trying to open the door nor near the door from the outside.

Like they got a choice to make as the only way is to wait for someone.

The only one they could rely on in this situation is Mike who is the only one who can hear the sounds outside clearly than others so he could notify the others if someone is near the door's room.

It's been days that they already lost count from the start since no one is awake at the time when they are transported here.

"Please bear with it a little longer. Waiting will be over soon." Mike comforted the remaining people to not lose hope and stay strong.

After another day of waiting.

The days of waiting have finished.

Eighteen people are the only ones standing as the others are passed out from hunger or exhaustion.

*screech screech* The sound of a door opening can be heard from the room.

The eighteen people immediately look at the door however they can't as the light from the outside went to their eyes who haven't seen a light for days.

They quickly reacted to the light and covered their eyes.

Daniel who has good eyes also reacted but he is in pain as it was sensitive to him even when he covered his eyes.

This is their chance even they are being restrained by the lights outside they still glared at the silhouette man who is standing at the door.

Looks like this silhouette man is the one who opens the door.

He stands there looking at Mike and the others like he is checking them.

"The experiments finally went into bloomed." whisper by the silhouette man.

No one heard him except Mike who has sharp eyes.

(What did he mean experiment?) thought by Mike.

This should be the best opportunity to escape to beat the man and make him a hostage.

However...

(Fuck! Just when the time has come! Why now!?)

(Move! damn it!)

Their bodies are at their limit.

Normally human bodies could only last for three to four days without water and three weeks without food but these people who are inside the room haven't eaten nor hydrated longer than that.

Is this what they mean experiment?

Mike has more energy than everyone in the room so he crawls in four towards Leo who is nearby to tell him what he knew.

"He said experiment, huh." responded by Leo.

Leo gets the idea as he still staring at the silhouette man who is now writing something in his notes.

"Can you take care of him?" question by Mike.

"No, we can't. We barely have the energy to talk even if we do there will be always a guard nearby," Leo answered Mike in a serious yet cool manner.

Leo continued, "Were likely to be at something like laboratory so there will be guards and scientists everywhere. So stay cautious and observe for a while. If we somehow recover our stamina that will be our queue to attack."

Mike nodded and relay the message to the others as he is the only one who can barely move.

Even Mike is moving the silhouette man didn't do anything as he is still observing them.

"Uhuh. Got it." Ray who got the message quickly nodded.

"If this is the chance so be it." Carlo also nodded in agreement.

Others also agreed and stay low for now.

After a while, their eyes got used to the lights in front of them as they can see the silhouette man properly.

The silhouette man at the door wears something like a military suit as he still writing something in his notes.

They thought it was a scientist but it was not.

Not only the man is suited in a military suit the bulky muscles can be seen from his arms even through his thick suit.

Luckily, they didn't attack this guy as they thought it was a scientist.

*thud* the sound of the notebook got closed showing that the guy in the military suit is finished writing.

He put his notes and pen into his left pocket.

After he is done writing he walks inside the room.

He takes his step slowly while both hands are at the back.

Every step he takes makes everyone shudder in fear.

Every step he makes he gets bigger as he gets closer to them.

They realize that this military guy does not only have bulky muscles he also has a large build.

He went towards Leo who is in the middle of the room.

He stared at Leo.

Leo takes a step back as he is afraid of him.

There is no tint of coolness that can be found from him as he is in the situation that he will definitely lose if they fought.

He prays that the fight between them must not happen.

And finally, the military man spoke. "Outside."

"Huh?" Leo is confused as you see a question mark popping out from his head.

The military guy pointed towards the door showing that everyone must go outside.

Everyone understood him as they quickly went towards outside.

It's a slow process as they are all barely holding out their body.

Good thing the military guy has a lot of patience as he waited for them to finished crawling their ways outside.

Is it because of his job or because of his personality who knows?

They all finally step outside the room.

The first thing they saw is full of pipes.

They are at the bottom of the ship.

The pathway is narrow as they are squeezing their bodies to one another.

No guards can be found around except this military guy.

This might be a good opportunity but again this military guy is on another level based on his appearance alone.

For now, they must follow this military guy first.

"Follow me." said the military guy.

"But how about the others who passed out? What about them?" Carlo voiced out his question to him. Those people who passed out are his members, of course, he will be worried about them since he treats them more like his family.

The military guy answered. "They are failures we will dispose of them after this. If you do not want to be like them be quiet and follow my orders."

"What do you mean kill!? Oy!! Are you shitting on me!? You left us there for weeks and yet you will do nothing to save those who you called failure!? At least other kidnappers will give us food to eat sustain ourselves but you motherfuckers are lower than them!" Carlo burst in anger as he cannot handle it anymore.

Even tho he can't stand properly anymore he still shouted from his lungs with all of his might to the military guy.

"Why did you shit heads treat them my members like trash!? What are yo- blrugh!?" As he is shouting in anger he got halted by something that went to his stomach.

The military guy's fist is already there at Carlo's stomach that no one can even react to its speed.

Carlo got blown away making him lost his balance.

"Boss!" Rin went towards Carlo getting stumble in the process as his body is at his limit.

As he looks at Carlo's face. Carlo has been passed out and blood can be seen from his mouth. That is expected based on the punch he received from the military guy.

"I do not want to repeat what I said earlier. Follow me or else I'll do that."

*Gulp* Everyone nodded as they swallow their saliva down into their throat from the fear of getting beat down.

They all follow him quietly.

They don't know what will happen after this even Mike is clueless at what just happened.

The only thing they know that their situation is worse than getting kidnap.
