The Recognition of His Speed-up Evolution
Year 1.2: At the surface of the world.
A total ban for going at the sea or going near large bodies of waters was set to the eastern countries. While some of the middle east countries also set the same rule.
Forcing most of the people lost their jobs temporarily which the media doesn't like.
Most of the soldiers from the East were deployed to every coastline preventing the fish monsters lay their hands onto their lands. The small islands are prohibited to stay as they out of the reach from soldier's protection.
Current casualties: 128,247 since the first time those creatures attack.
Everything went smoothly as the casualties get lesser and lesser.
The fish monster's attack decreased in such a degree that all of the people cried in joy thanking the soldiers who risk their lives for them.
While the fish monster problem is now decreased the western countries didn't anything as they only give a word of praise to the soldiers and the government from the east for their hard work guarding their homeland.
The west hasn't attacked by those fish monsters or in any danger so they the problem with only words.
But after the peace from those fish monsters, a miracle phenomenon has occurred.
-A world new record for the world's fastest runner in 100 meters in exactly 9 seconds barely reaching the 8 seconds mark!
-Another world new record for the world's fastest runner in 200 and 400 meters!
-Another new world record in highest jump and it's beyond everyone's expectation! It's 3.12 meters!
-Every world records are changed drastically like a storm takes its place.
Everyone is amazed and its currently trending in the whole world as it eases the panic from the east.
What amazing in the world record-breaking part is that all of those breakers are young.
Surely it's the cause of the speed-up evolution but no one yet still knows its existence.
Scientists from all around the globe help each other to investigate the bodies of the fish monsters they acquired but still haven't found any clue that might help them uncover the behind why these species attack them.
This what all happened in just a half a month since the first attack and this will surely the first mark of the greatest war that every human will remember.

Waking up inside the bubble which he already used to it.
It's only about a day had passed so it's time for the bubble to be depleted.
As usual, he firstly checks his body first before doing anything else.

"W-WHATTTT!!!!??? HAAA!??!"
Mike was glad to see his injuries are now healed but his expression change when he saw a pool of blood and some unknown liquid from the floor. Because he is in the bubble the blood and unknown liquid are mixed as it turned into a small disgusting pool.
"Ew! Ew! Gross! Gross! Did I sleep in this place!? What happened here!?"
The unknown liquid appearance is something like a human skin that was turned into a liquid chunk. It is indeed was from human skin.
The stickiness of the unknown liquid is all over Mike's body.
He wants to get out as soon as he can but can't as he don't know the current situation of his surrounding.
Ignoring the disgusting feeling below his upper body he looks outside the bubble.
Sadly, it's night so no sun will help him to see his surrounding properly.
That's what he thought but he can see the fishes clearly from afar showing his eye sigh improved in such a short amount of time.
"Wow..." He was surprised and amazed at the changes in his body that he blurted out his amazement.
(This is like an RPG system where you can improve your stats by putting points into it but the difference between this is I don't how the hell I improved my stats. Still, this is seriously amazing! Did that sharpshooter guy have eyesight like these!?)
He slowly checks his other parts of his body to see if there is an improvement.
And yes, there are improvements.
His skin that always soaked on saltwater is now hard and durable.
His thirst for water decreased, and also his hunger decreased.
His hands are somewhat super hard to control but when he grips he could feel the heaviness from it. Just a little practice he could get used to it.
His teeth are now baring in sharpness that nothing to compared to any humans. With this, he can now easily chomp down raw fishes.
His body is like now a weapon. For a human who solely relies on using weapons or tools, this will be surely weird o them if he goes to surface again.
Mike has now many arsenals...
However, he also gains weakness.

Looks like evolution has some flaws.
Mike notices this now but in his body, his skin peels off and turns into liquid flesh then drops into the disgusting pool. Looks like the human liquid flesh on the bubble floor is from him.
His skin is breaking down and another form of a layer of skin was quickly created, this was not something that human's natural regeneration could do but because of speed-up evolution that leads him up to this point.
It will surely help him but the feeling of disgust is still overwhelming.
Mike started to breathe with less air than normal as the bubble is about to be depleted.
He needs to get out of here before he ran out of air but the sun still hasn't risen yet for him to find a bubble more clearly.
He could wait and hold his breath inside while finding another bubble however the time is running out.
Mike gathers his breath and immediately leaves, unfortunately when he tried to gather his breath no matter how many times as the bubbles about to be depleted he inhales less air than he can. It's like his body isn't letting him inhale more.
As he has no choices, he leaves with less air inside of him. Surprisingly, he feels that he can hold his breath longer than the last time even in this state.
Finding a bubble in the dark is hard but with his improved eyes sight, he managed to find a bubble in just fifteen minutes. He can still even hold his breath for another five minutes showing how terrifying the speed-up evolution.
Without panic and desperation for air and food, he managed to go inside a bubble without much trouble.
While he's sinking for fifteen minutes he notices that the number of fishes around is now less.
Thinking that they all just went to sleep he ignores and proceeds himself on gathering some food with his trusty used clothes.
His pretty much naked but who cares about that?
Days had passed since then as his life continues in more or less difficulty.

Fish monsters with their numbers decreasing because of the humans who have weapons that can kill them from afar they are in a desperate situation.
To breed more of their kind they need a large amount of food to lay eggs.
In short, devouring anything that moves at the surface of the ocean to produce.
And so... the surface fishes at the east oceans numbers drastically decrease.
