The afternoon sun shines brightly from the cloudless sky. Birds chirp from the treetops above them. A gentle breeze lazily drifts off the ocean as the waves crash against the shore. Carl and the doc are soaking up a few rays on their private island in the South Pacific. After their last run-in with the police, Carl agreed it'd be wise to lay low for a while.

Carl glances at his partner, who's half-asleep in his chair. He looked so happy, so content soaking up a few rays. I've never seen him this calm, this relaxed. The doc is usually hot-tempered, flying off the handled over the smallest thing. Agitation that's becoming increasingly worse as he ages.
