Chapter 8 : The Secret Ο θεός Agency

Gran? P? Pan has got to be really kidding me now. Right? So he thinks the god of all the gods will leave his throne and come to my house. Wow. Bold.

I greeted mum and Arthur while giving mum a peck on the cheek and a kiss on Arthur's forehead. "Good evening Mum, Arthur."

The two men looked up from their phones to look at Pan and I. "Hello Sirs" I greeted

"Hello Merylin." The eldest looking guy said getting up and giving me a hug and then giving Mark a hug and greeting him as well, "Hey Pan!"

"Hey Gran. Hey Uncle P"

Pan? Uncle P? Gran? Okay I'm getting confused more each and every second that passes by.

The eldest looking guy sat down and started to talk.

"Okayy let's get straight to the point yeah. I'm Zeus and this is my son Pollux. We are from TSΟA headquarters in Olympia, Greece. He said looking at M then me.

Then he turned to mum addressing her like he knew her

" Well Pollux and I are here to tell you that both Merylin and Merlin are still in serious danger and well you and Castor were supposed to bring them to TSΟA three years ago and definitely when you guys failed to show we knew something went wrong and we heard what Mr. Siles Williams, his supposed brother, did and we are deeply sorry."

Huh? What's going on?

"There is an organisation run by the Moirai sisters and Hera here on earth who are bent on preventing the twins from taking their rightful places at TSΟA, Olympus and getting successful. They are finding means and ways to prevent that. That's why we encouraged Castor and you to move here so we could monitor them. We recently heard from a reliable source that Merylin's incident three years ago was instituted by them to mentally damage Merylin and kill her. And the accident at Merlin's last football game in UK was arranged by them, luckily Merlin didn't go because of the cold. And well–" Mr. Pollux cut Mr. Zeus from his long story. Took hold of mum's hand and started to talk.

" And well we know this will sound crazy but Mark is also a part of TSΟA and we brought him to stay here for their protection. When Castor ventured into his old habits we knew he couldn't look after them anymore and it would be another burden on you to take care of them all alone, so we brought a long-time friend of theirs to help and well yeah he is actually related to you Hilaeira because he's my nephew."

Hilaeira? Mum isn't called Hilaeira she's called Moly.

"Hold on Pollux can we talk in the kitchen?"

"Stop Mum! Hold on what the hell is going on? We were just talking about you and dad being a part of a secret organisation but now you two are calling each other different names."

"Guys guys guys stop all the bickering can I finish first. Good. Merlin and Merylin are sole owners of TSΟA alongside Mark therefore they have to begin lessons and training soon. Any questions?"

"First of all what the hell is going on Mum?" questioned a very confused M

Mum got up from her seat and stood in front of the center table and started to explain.

" You see. You and Merylin are adopted and your real names are Artemis and Apollo. Well we had to adopt you two because of the Moirai sisters. You two were adopted away from TSOA because we knew the sisters will begin their search for you guys there. The father you grew up to know is a brother of a demigod and I worked for TSOA and we were married but when we adopted you, I stopped working for them and decided to be a house wife to take good care of you guys because your real dad and mum are prominent people and your wellbeing was top priority. If anything were to happen to you guys well I will die because you guys mean a lot to me because you are my family even if you aren't my biological children. Zeus over there is your father and your mother is Leto and well she can't come to earth because the Moirai have cursed her so the only way you can see her is to go to Olympus. Pollux here is my husband's twin brother, he's a demigod while my husband, the father you know as Alexander, is a mortal and brother of a demigod. "

" Siles is his step brother he grew up with and whom he really loves. When his brother betrayed him to get money, he thought he failed to protect you two so he started to drink and well you know the rest, he's behaviour toward you two has changed. TSOA is protecting you from a great deceit set upon you Merylin. You two were made mortal because of a lie told by the sons of Morpheus to Zeus, instituted by the Moirai and Hera because you two were birted by another Goddess and one of Zeus' many consorts. No offence boss"

"None taken"

" Okay so hold on we are gods right and that's our real dad and you are our aunt and Mark is our cousin. We are supposed to begin lessons and training so we can take over TSOA and our rightful place on Olympus." asked M acting all cool about this.

" Yes" the three adults in the room answered

"Okay… WhWhat about us regaining our memory and godly souls as Mark told us. And Arthur too who is he.?"

"Arthur is my son also your cousin but don't worry he works for TSOA as well, he has been since he was ten."

"We all have a mission to protect you guys no matter what comes our way. " said Arthur looking at M and I.

The whole time they were talking I had not said a word because all this was sounding like some made up story for us to believe we were adopted but I am not a child anymore. And these people think I will buy this, they are joking. I can't believe M is listening to all these made up lies.

"Wait this whole time Artie you haven't said a word." said Mr. Zeus looking directly at me smiling. I wasn't going to give this man hope.

"DON'T YOU DARE CALL ME ARTIE!! I don't believe this made up story you are feeding my family and who the hell are you to say you are my dad."
