Chapter 119: Three Colours Versus The Colossus pt.1

Dawn broke on the same day that Matthew, Izz, Shim Boon and Bran were returning, only at a different location. The Hunters gathered at the location looked in the same direction.

Ryuka, Ajax and Rain stood at the frontmost of the Hunters. The colossal toad was moving towards their way.

“It’ll get here soon.” Ryuka said.

“And it doesn’t seem to be stopping.” Rain said.

“Should we proceed as planned then?” Ajax asked.

“Once it gets in range of the plan, we will.” Ryuka answered as he turned around and dispersed into the crowd.

Ajax looked at Ryuka for a second, then at the toad again. “How long until then?”

“Not long. We’ll have time for breakfast. Come on, let’s get some chow.” Rain tapped on Ajax’s shoulder.

“Sure.” Ajax followed Rain to the rations tent.

They took their portions of breakfast and sat at a table that they have always sat at for the past two days. Ryuka was also there and they had breakfast together. They chatted regarding the plan.
