Matthew was a high schooler who somehow transferred into another world after playing a certain game along with a friend. He did not know what happened but he had set his sight to get back home. To do so, he became a Hunter, an adventurer. Amidst his struggles to find a way home, he met various allies and enemies and even his true past.

Matthew stood in front of the door while Rose stared at him from the bed. 


Upon seeing him, "go away" were the only words that came out of her mouth. 


Matthew did not move. “No,” he said. He stepped closer toward Rose. 


Rose pushed herself up the bed, trying to stay away from Matthew. “Go away!” She shouted. 


Matthew didn’t want to attract attention so he stopped. “Rose, relax. I just want to talk.” 


“No, we can’t talk. We can’t…” Rose shook her head slowly as she said. 


Matthew spoke as softly as he could. “Please.” He looked deeply into Rose’s eyes, trying to be as innocent and sincere as he could. Luckily, it worked and Rose gave in. She nodded once but refused to look at Matthew. 


Matthew eased up and stood in place. Matthew thought about what to say first. He only rushed here in hopes of getting the chance but he didn’t actually think of what to say. He didn’t want to ruin this chance by starting with a heavy topic he had in mind.
