In all my time of being a Hunter, I have always been alone. I have worked together with others in my four centuries of Hunting, but it was always brief. I never considered them comrades, let alone friends. 


I won’t have to worry about others if I move alone, nor will they worry about me. I am strong. I don’t need protection. I don’t need help. And yet I find myself in a difficult position recently. 


I recall that moment. The moment when I could’ve died had Lady Platinum not interfered. The moment where I could not do anything. The moment when I realised I was weak. The elites among the Scarletts, they were opponents even the Dragon Emperors were wary of. Opponents that even the best Hunters, the Five Colours, could not beat alone.
