Matthew was a high schooler who somehow transferred into another world after playing a certain game along with a friend. He did not know what happened but he had set his sight to get back home. To do so, he became a Hunter, an adventurer. Amidst his struggles to find a way home, he met various allies and enemies and even his true past.

Matthew walked alone on the street in a bad mood. His back was slumped and his hands were in his pockets. He did not let out any malicious presence, but the air around him felt gloomy even to the common people. 


:I think you should calm down a bit, kid: Arshild said. 


:Yeah, you’re not but you are clearly upset: 


“We have a lead on Rose.” Jack suddenly revealed it to Matthew. 


“Why are you telling me now? Why couldn’t you tell me all this time?!” Matthew got agitated. He accidentally released a burst of astra in his temper. 


“Well, I just found out yesterday too. Hence the letter. As for how I knew…” Jack did not finish his sentence. 


Matthew was waiting for Jack to continue but a second later, he figured it out. “Loki.”
