Matthew was a high schooler who somehow transferred into another world after playing a certain game along with a friend. He did not know what happened but he had set his sight to get back home. To do so, he became a Hunter, an adventurer. Amidst his struggles to find a way home, he met various allies and enemies and even his true past.

After spending the night in the ruin and saying goodbye to Falynx, Matthew and Akame began sprinting back toward the north side of Kubalt City first thing in the morning. As before, they encountered multiple monsters on the way but they were not a problem at all. 


Because of the dust that they were kicking up as they were sprinting, the guards at the gate could see them from a mile away. They took out binoculars to have a better look and identified Matthew and Akame. 


They quickly told the guards in charge of opening the gates to open them. By the time Matthew and Akame were close to the gates, one side of the gate had already opened. They slowed down until they were at walking speed and they entered the city. 


“Lord Dragunov, Miss Sakura. You have already returned?” One of the guards that were standing by the gate on the inside was baffled to see them today when they had just left yesterday.
