Matthew was a high schooler who somehow transferred into another world after playing a certain game along with a friend. He did not know what happened but he had set his sight to get back home. To do so, he became a Hunter, an adventurer. Amidst his struggles to find a way home, he met various allies and enemies and even his true past.

Upon returning to the cave, Matthew had decided to take a few days off to rest. In these few days, he still continued his training to take his mind off of the situation that he was in. 


His training was fairly light, involving his daily jog and weighted exercises. He trained with the chimaeras to properly sort their positions for the upcoming quest that they were going to do since their abilities are quite similar. Rose was fascinated watching Matthew doing his exercises. He carried boulders without struggle and lifted metal weights of incredible mass. Rose was actually made to join them as well by Raisya. Despite being very nice, Raisya was as strict as a drill instructor. Platinum could only feel pity and slight joy from that.
