In Search of Epsilon

Two lizards and a Hunter rush towards him. The two lizards swing their spears, one of them aiming at his legs and the other aiming at his face. 


Kai twists his body, aiming between the gap of the spear's motion. He dodges and, while in between the lizards, he places his palms in front of them. Before the lizards realized what he was doing, a shockwave kills them. 


Their bodies explode, sending out more blood that kills more lizards. The Hunter feels the blood of one of the lizards, but they are unaffected. 


The Hunter swung his fist in Kai’s direction. Kai moves his face just enough to dodge it. Yet, he doesn't counter him. Instead, he looks directly into his eyes. The Hunter looks back. His head explodes. 


The lizards around him back off. They had read in the reports of that power, but it was still terrifying. To kill with a simple look. The Hunters didn’t mind. It was easy to counter as long as you did not forget.
