Not too long later, the sound of an opening mechanical door was heard. There was a man that was wearing a lab coat standing with his hands on his pockets with unruly dark brown hair. Eye bags were visible below his eyes, and he was wearing round glasses. His face showed an unmotivated expression. It was Quare's homeroom teacher, George Electra.
George moved his feet while yawning towards a seat located parallel to where Dright and Raven are sitting.
"Oh... hello there you two. Good morning, Chief Xion," George said as he was walking forward. Dright and Raven greeted him back formally.
George Electra is a scientist and a teacher at Royal Chaos Academy. He is also the homeroom teacher of Quare. In the past, George has accomplished many achievements, mostly in constructing and inventing new technology. He was also the one that mentored Dright at Zed creation. His blessing makes him produce green lightning at his will. He has created many Zeds as if it was one of his hobbies.
Dright is a Zed addict who stores any materials for Zed creation whenever he sees one, which was the reason why he took that humongous Dragnepede corpse. On the other hand, George is much more of a Zed addict than Dright. Back in his teenage times, George has been called "Tempest." Like a raging storm, his skillful mastery with the Zeds accompanied by his green lightning had murdered plenty of Oblivoids and instilled fear in many. Some also called him "the Zed Master." As this title suggested, he is well-versed with all known types of Zed be it close-ranged, mid-ranged, or long-ranged weapons, even though he was a Blessed, not a Haulus. George was also famous for his masterful works of Zeds.
After exchanging formalities, the room became quiet with Raven's humming as the only noise. Xion was sitting there at his desk, watching his members quietly and patiently waiting for more to show up.
Seconds later, a weak snore was heard. It was from George, who was now peacefully drifting away on his dreamland.
Five minutes later, the sound of the door opening was heard again. This time, a student wearing the boy's support course uniform came to view. He looks young, about the same age as Quare, with droopy black eyes with white pupils. He was a bit smug, and he has an air of confidence within him. He has straight blonde hair, partnered with a flat cap. His height was only a bit shorter than Dright.
With his lips twisted upwards, he walked towards the three while swaying his arms joyfully, and as if dancing ballet, he tiptoed and jumped lightly.
At that sight, Dright, who was peacefully relaxing by the sofa along with Raven sitting beside him, clicked his tongue suddenly.
"Tsk.... the annoying freak is here..."
...
Then suddenly, the sound of a gun's trigger pulled was heard aimed towards the new guy, which grazed past his hair. Surprised, the new guy flinched and produced several cold sweats. Thankfully, the bullet hit nothing as it entered a portal.
It was Dright that shot the gun.
"WHA?! WHAT WAS THAT FOR DRIGHT SENPAI?!"
". . ." Dright ignored the guy as he placed his gun back in his storage.
"Don't ignore me!!" He said with teary eyes.
"N-now now you two..." Raven exclaimed, trying to mediate the quarrel.
"Dright. You shouldn't do that to your underclassman."
". . ." Dright ignored Raven.
"Are you okay, Kira??" Raven asked the new guy with the name Kira.
"I'm okay, Raven Senpai! A simple thing like Dright senpai's play gun won't be able to lay a scratch to a great person such as I!"
He said this with confidence and smug with his chest held high. Hearing this, Dright got up from his chair. Kira's face got pale when he saw Dright stand.
"Wh-what... got a problem..?" He said this and made a clumsy stance with shaking legs.
Dright ignored him.
Meanwhile, with Raven. She ignored the bickering of the two because it was practically normal at this point. She went back to her seat with a wry smile, but something caught her eyes. There was a slightly dark silhouette by the open space right beside the part where Dright sat. Although it was vague, she was able to determine its shape and that it's of a humanoid figure.
Seeing it made Raven wonder what it is, and as the influence of a cat's, she kept on staring at it. Cats are known to have visions stronger than that of a human's, making them able to see things that people don't. Curious, Raven tried to get close to it but stopped when the headmaster spoke.
"Alright, it seems that everybody is here..." Xion stated, gathering the attention the everyone. Kira sat down immediately next to George. At the same time, George also woke up from his nap.
"Now that we're all here, Dright. Please Explain the situation..."
"Yes..." Dright walked to a more open space in between the sofas where the three are sitting.
He then explained the situation. About project Oblia, how she got discovered, her ordeal, and the reason for this meeting.
"After my encounter with the Blue Carnage last night, I examined the whole lab, and there I found Project Oblia. She was the only one that survived the terrible experiments of the Grimmers... judging from her name 'Oblia,' she got transfused with Oblivoid genes or blood..."
As the others heard this, their expressions showed angry, irritated, and pitying faces. They were furious at the Grimmers and felt pity for the victims at the same time.
"Poor girl..." Raven said unconsciously.
"This gave me the conclusion that she should be able to use Oblivoid abilities. For now, we've decided to call her Lia... and now here's the problem."
....
"I've lost sight of Lia...."
....
A short pause came after Dright's statement.
"Did I hear things wrong..? Are my ears playing tricks on me?" Kira said while trying to clean his ears. "I mean.... this is Dright senpai we're talking about. THE Dright senpai who haven't made any fatal mistakes on all his assignments and operations!" He said while standing up, trying to protest.
"I get what you mean." George followed. Veins popped up on Dright's forehead and took out his gun.
Dright pointed the gun to Kira and fired three simultaneous bullets at him, which startled Kira, making him dodge the bullets clumsily by a hair's breadth with a pale face. The shots didn't make contact with anything as it entered a portal before it hit something.
"WHA?! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?!" Kira complained.
"Now then, Lia is wearing a white one-piece dress, with an appearance--"
"Don't ignore me!!"
"-- of approximately ten years of age. Lia's hair color is that of silver, with eyes as red as a ruby's..." Dright finished while completely ignoring Kira.
"I've called all of you here to help find Lia. Any questions?" Xion exclaimed.
Raven shifted her attention to the silhouette once again after Xion's statement. Then came with a thought, and asked a question.
"Ummm.... approximately how tall is she..?"
"I think between 130cm-140cm... so if compared to me..... I think as tall as my waste?" Dright said reluctantly.
"Then how about her complexion? Is she chubby or slender?"
"Slender"
"I see.... you said she can probably use oblivoid abilities, right?"
"Yeah"
"Then I think I've found her."
"Huh..?" Everyone exclaimed in unison and confusion except Xion. after Raven and Dright exchanged words.
Raven got up from her chair and went to the side where Dright used to sit at.
"Hmmm... Let me think... I think it works like this if I remember correctly.... this is 'that' Oblivoid's ability."
"?" everybody showed different expressions of confusion.
Raven reached out to the humanoid silhouette that only she can see and lightly patted it by the head. Then all of a sudden, the image of a small girl appeared when Raven made contact with it.
"?!" Surprised, the boys' eyes widened.
"Wha?!" Kira sat back.
"Ohooo...." George let out an amused noise.
". . ." Dright and Xion tried to hide their surprise as much as possible.
Being patted gently by Raven, Lia stared blankly in space... but for some reason, tears were flowing out of her eyes with an emotionless expression.
