Mrs. Portia stood in the kitchen watching her daughter as she kept checking her phone and moving restlessly for the past 2hours frustrated. 


" Li dear, what is wrong with you? ,is something bordering you or you are expecting something? " 


"ummm...,no mum, was just trying to get an information for my assignment" 


" OK dear, you can do that later, need your help over here" 


Portia uttered,turning her attention back to what she was doing. 


She moved reluctantly towards her mother and hugged her. 


" I really need to get this work done, its very urgent , will help you later. I've got to go now" 


She hurriedly left the kitchen to her room without waiting for her mother to complete her sentence. 


" Oh goodness, I don't know what she is really up to. she is such a spoilt child, wish I could understand her. Never ready to help out with anything, always has an excuse."
